Does Gallifrey still exist? We made in the first discussion about the rpg clear that it exists again but I just wanted to be sure what you are thinking about!

If present Gallifrey doesn't, then past Gallifrey should. If Gallifrey is supposed to have been wiped out of existence entirely, as the whole 'last of the time lords' thing seems to claim, then why does the Doctor still exist? Or the Master? In fact, isn't the show as a whole completely negated? The whole thing is supposed to have started when the Doctor ran away in a stolen TARDIS. If Gallifrey never existed, how would this be possible? It's the foundation on which the show is built. Remove that, and the whole thing collapses. It's more easier to believe that it still does exist, but it's not easily accessible due to the whole Time Lock thing. A New Gallifrey would be a nice idea. With the invention of the chameleon arch comes the possibility that there are other Time Lords out there, just hidden. Even on Earth herself. It might be something to look into, or it might not. Something to think about, perhaps?

@12thdoctor: I think the case is that gallifrey exists on an entire other timeline than the rest of the universe. As far I know it always wasn't possible for the Doctor to travel back in Gallifreys past 'cause the TARDIS is somehow timelinked to this timeline - The Boardtime aboard the TARDIS = Standart Gallifreyn Time and it can't go into it's past 'cause something very unpleasend would happen to it eg. she disintegrates instantly. ^^ Maybe that's what Timelock means!
I could Imagine that Gallyfrey didn't have got burned out but sliped over in some other dimension the TARDIS also couldn't reach... I know it's some kind of a comic solution if it just pops back from their but... why not?

i think thay timelocked it so that no 1 would mess up history and make it so that for example accidentally make the earth not exist anymore

Well if it would be that way this wouldn't be real a problem for the Daleks to do - they don't care about earth and... anything else exept the Daleks.
But it real has to be possible even in my theorie to reach Gallyfrey - meet a other timelord from the past and use his/her tardis to go to his/her Gallyfrey... at least their is enough space in Isvins Tardis to put the doctors box in!
