....What happened so far....

Beth :

Waking up rarely too that long.
Tired Beth stretched herself wile walking towards the main control room.
She always liked the current style of it, even if she rarely talked of what she liked or disliked anyway.
Waving with the one hand, and scratching her neck with the other she greeted the Doctor.
...Morning..." She said short but in round terms while trying to smile politely, until her expression became rather amused. "...Any surprise I should know about?... Today's life-threatening force maybe?"
With a nasty grin she grabbed her hands into her pockets and looked at the twelth incarnation of the Doctor.

Okay, that was short for an introduction post, but I hope it's okay.

Twelfth Doctor:
-- TARDIS --

The Doctor smiled glumly. "Fresh out of surprises today, I'm afraid. The Daleks are playing up. Again." He sighed heavily and threw his arms up in despair. "I'm sick to death with those homicidal pepper-pots. Would it be too much to ask for them to stay in their little corner of the galaxy? Just for once?"

The Apprentice:
-Dalek genetics labratory-

In the darkest corner of the Darkest asteroid beld loomed a secret Dalek spacestation. Inside two Daleks moved down a long hallway.

"Is The A-BOM-I-NA-TION COM-PLET-ED?" one asked coldly to another.
"PA-TIENTS THE OTH-ER DA-LEKS BE-LIEVE WE HAVE A CLONE THAT WILL SUR-VIVE!" the black Dalek replied.

The first Dalek looked away from the Black Dalek.

"THEY AL-WAYS THINK THEY HAVE A CLONE THAT WILL SUR-VIVE THE HATCH-ING PRO-CESS, BUT IT AL-WAYS DIES!!" it said in an almost disgusted tone.

The two continued down the hallway until they reached the two heavy dalektainum doors. The black Dalek attached its plunger attachement to a spherical object that glowed and opened the door. The room was huge and filled thousands of Daleks working on different thing. The two Daleks drove up to a small group of other Daleks who were apparently waiting for them. The small group continued to a large tube labeled "TDGE-225" Inside was a young looking boy with brown hair.

"IS THIS THE ONE?" asked the black Dalek.
"A-FERM-A-TIVE, THIS ONE HAS NEAR-LY DIED SEV-ER-AL TIMES. BUT I BE-LIEVE THAT WE HAVE MAN-AGED TO STAB-AL-IZE HIM!" one of the other Daleks replied.
"EX-CELL-ENT EX-CELL-ENT!! HOW SOON UN-TIL THE HAT-CHING PRO-CES BEGINS?" asked the bronze daek from earlier.
"FOUR HO-URS FIF-TY TWO SECONDS." the scientist Dalek replied.

Lev:
-Dalek space ship, yet to find out where-

The blonde haired gilr opened her eyes. This was defernatly not her day. How much time had passed sicne sh'ed been zapped here. Last she knew the doctor had been in his 9 th regeneration but someting told her that wile she'd been in the ship unconcious a lot of time had passed. Shek new she was not aone however as before blacking out she'd spotted at least four daleks. One with black coloured dalekanium and three bronze coloured ones.

(NRPG- I too hope my first post is ok. I wasnt too sure if Theaprentice225 was talking about the 'Cult of Saro' so I've left my post open ended and will continue with more when I see where a plot etc is going)

-Bad Wolf Bay, Earth-

But Rose had bigger worries than being teleported back onto Earth. What should have been the ocean, was desolate wasteland. Fish corpses and skeletons littered the desert all around her; a sea of the dead.
"What the f-"
She was interrupted by a deafening blast. A projected energy blast. The blast that Rose recognized as the Daleks.
"Don't they ever die?!"

Lev:

She'd spotted the blonde haired girl and couldnt help but gin, maybe an ally was to be found. After finally comming around the four daleks had taken her to some sort of wasteland. What they wanted her for she did not know bit she must have been important. from what she knew of Daleks they didnt keep people alive

(NRPG- thoguht I'd continue from Davidmiddleton's post. Seemed like a logical thing to do


Dalek:
-- Dalek Battleship --

The Dalek was standing around waiting for orders. Beside it was its supreme, which job was to look after him. He hated this, but it respected the supreme. Even if it somehow wished that the supreme also respects it. It wasn't respect by his supreme. There was a reason for this. It failt to often in the eye of it's supreme. The supreme only looked after him 'cause for some reason both Daleks didn't understand the emperor gave it a last chance.
The Supreme looked at him after it got orders. Or that was what the Dalek thought. "We will go down to the planet! You, me, and this four daleks!"
"We obey!" The Daleks said.

-- Earth --

The Daleks came, and exterminated the Dalek looked at the other Daleks and killed the people. The Dalek shot around a little and didn't real hit the people but for some reason the humans didn't manage it to kill it while the other Daleks got very fast killed. After a short time it and it's supreme were the last Daleks leaved from this group

Beth grinned a little.
"Wat's the deal with those creatures?"
She crossed her arms and looked thoughtful at the Doctor.
Beth had never encountered Daleks in real, only read about them and several tries of them to take over planets - Especially Earth.
She wondered what they found on that small simple planet until she focused the Doctor again.
"So... Today's program?" She asked, awaiting the Doctor telling her what they'd do, while she was thinking about what she had learned about Daleks at School...

The sound of a whiring engine caught her attention and Lev turned to see a large blue poliece box appear in front of her. After beeing left alone for hours on end the daleks had finally sent her off wondering. That was another mystery to her. Was there something special about these daleks? they seemed a bit too friendy for a bunch of killing mechines. Stopping outside the blue box she knocked on the door. Not that she was expecting an answer if she remembered corectly the Doctor never opend the door straight away upon landing. That and she'd have to expect a new companion to.


DoctorDonna:

--Earth--
It had been a short while since the redhead had traveled with the Doctor. And seemingly even a shorter time since she saved the world. But at a cost, the Doctor was forced to remove her memories of him and the Tardis. Simply because the knowlege was killing her. But now here she was, all awarness of him running through her mind. Donna had kept this from her Gramps, and even her friends. However she started acting 'more like her 'old' self', and was raising suspision from her family. Now she walked down a empty street, trying to remember how she had got her memories back, only to come up blank. She did remember him taking them away, that was the weird part about it. 'I need to find the Doctor, He might know the answer.. What Donna didn't know, is while she might run into him again, he wouldn't look the same.

Twelfth Doctor

The Doctor replied just as the TARDIS landed. "We thwart their plans, of course!" He grinned despite how he was feeling. About to say more, he was interrupted by a knock on the TARDIS door. Frowning at this strange occurrence, he readied his sonic screwdriver and approached the door cautiously. Opening the door slowly, he was startled by who he saw there.
"Lev! How - Never mind. Get inside, quick."
He opened the door wider and gestured for Lev to come in.


Lev

-TARDIS-

Lev looked around in awe. Just as she'd suspected the Doctor had changed, though how many times she didnt know. Another figure to wasin the room and she shold have guessed. New face, new companion. But what really got to her was what he'd done to the TARDIS

"You changed the theme didnt you?" she accused then smilled to his companion to make sure it was clear the acusation was not directed at her


Twelfth Doctor:
-- TARDIS --

The Doctor shrugged. "So? Regeneration is more than a physical change, you know. But that's not important right now." He turned to Beth. "This is Lev. We've met previously, as you might have gathered. Could you keep an eye on her while I scout around outside?"


Twelfth Doctor:

The air was for the most part still and quiet, Donna was still thinking when she sort of heard a soft noise, but she ignored it. 'It's probably just a cat...... Though now as she continued walking it started to bother her, as if being the way she was now made her more curious then normal. Donna Noble sighed and turned, "So who are you?"

Orange-Lemon-House (Leemon)
-Earth-

"Me, oh..." Leemon stuttered, he was never very good with talking to women, "I'm Orange-Lemon-House... Um, please don't ask about the name, it's just... er..." Failing to think of anything else to say he merliy asked, "Do you know the Doctor?"

"Okay then..." Donna refrained from making any comment, she had heard stranger names ",depends-" the ginger held back a gasp ",Who's looking for him."
She had a bad feeling that either way her reply was a signal that she did in fact know him. "I-I don't know where he is anyway so I'm no use to you."

Beth nodded politely and raised her hand to shake Lev's.
"Well, then welcome back, I'd say."
Beth said smiling a little and asking herself what the skin of the TARDIS may have looked like before.
Then again she looked back at the Doctor and Lev, grabbed her hands into the pockets of her copper coloured coat and took a deep breath.
"Plans? Anyone? Just suggesting it could be useful..."
She smirked softly, then looked at Lev.
"Ever encountered Daleks?"


Orange-Lemon-House (Leemon)
-Earth-

"Oh... d**n." Leemon was back where he'd started and he'd used corse langauge in the pressense of a woman!

Thinking, he remembered something that might be useful, "Do you happen to have anything of his with you? I could use it too find him."

DoctorDonna:

-Earth-

"...." Donna did in fact ave something of the Doctor's well....it was sort of his. Something he has given her and never took back, even when she lost her memories..."I do but tell me why you need him first." A certain key rested in her pocket, a Very important key...

Twelfth Doctor:

"I'll be able to work out a plan once I know what the situation is," the Doctor said to Beth. "Play nicely, ladies."
With that, he disappeared outside, making sure that the TARDIS was securely locked behind him.


Lev:

-TARDIS-

"Encountered daleks?" Lev questioned then remembered Beth didn't know anything abut her and she grinned "lived with em for alittle while. I know Daleks are bad but they weren't a bad batch . Only four but that was more than enough"

With another smile she turned only to find the Doctor had disapeared and turned to Beth yet again whilst pulling a face

"He's so full of himself. He always asumes that ever woman he travels with is going to fight over him. It happend when Rose and Saraha Jane met, but he got a nasty shock when Donna met Martha. they both ganged up on him, then again so did Rose and Sarah once they stopped trying to beat each other lol "

With this she paused "So.....where'd the Doctor find you? And what time? What gregeneration was he in?"

Another pause and Lev grinned sheepishly at Beth hopping she wasnt boring the girl with all her questions, but after waking up with a very scetchy memory things were a little rough


The Apprentice:
- Dalek Genetic Labratory -

Serik's eye stalk shook wildly as he grimaced and growled in pain as the extraction tube left his casing. The levels on the clone's vital signs evened out. Jest softly placed a hand on Serik's casing.

"ALL SYS-TEMS ARE REA-DY, BE-GIN THE HAT-CHING PRO-CESS!" ordered one of the Daleks to another.

Serik slowly looked up at Jest, who still had her hand on his head.

"JEST, WHAT ARE YOU DO-ING?" asked Serik coldly.
"Sorry Supreme one, you were in pain and I..." she began as she removed her hand.

Serik chuckled (which in and of itself was unsettling) as her turned to face her.

"YOU REAL-LY ARE GROW-ING FOND OF YOUR NEW E-MO-TIONS. BUT THAT IS WHY I RE-BUILT YOU I SUPPOSE, TO CON-TIN-UE THINKING OF NEW WAYS TO KILL OUR EN-E-MIES. I RE-MEM-BER WHEN I FOUND YOUR REMAINS. YOU HAD BEARLY MANAGED TO ES-CAPE ANCIENT EARTH. SEC AND THE OTHERS HAD BEEN KILLED, BUT YOU, YOU HAD AC-TIV-A-TED YOU E-MER-GAN-CY TEM-PORAL SHIFT AS YOUR CA-SING EX-PLO-DED. WHAT I FOUND OF YOU WAS IN A STATE OF TEM-POR-AL FLUX. BUT FROM YOUR RE-MAINS, I WAS ABLE YO USE IN-FECT A HU-MAN HOST."
"I remember sir, I am still in your debt." she bowed.
"RISE JEST. TELL ME, WHAT WAS IT THAT THAT AC-TION SIG-NI-FIED?" asked Serik.
"It was a comforting gesture sir, I am sorry if I have offened you." she replied as they walked toward the tube.
"NEG-A-TIVE, I WAS NOT OF-FEN-DED. TELL ME, WHAT DO YOU MAKE OF THIS?" asked Serik as the looked at the boy in the tube.
"Of what?"
"OF THE SIT-U-ATION. TO ME I HAVE MERELY ADD-ED MORE TO THIS PRO-JECT, DO YOU SEE SOME-THING MORE?"

Jest watched as Serik's DNA continued to flow into the tube.

"I see that you have sacrificed your DNA. That this creature could not survive without you. That....well to me....."
"WHAT JEST?"
"to me, it would make this clone....your son." she finished Quiectly.
"MY SON!?" Serik said loudly.

Serik began to chuckle, which grew louder and louder until it became a full fledged evil laugh.

"MY MON-GREL SON." he chuckled.

Hatches around the tube began to unlock as the liquid drained.

Sighing Leemon replyed, "It's hard to explain... but you may understand, since you know him..." He turned at retrived an object from a bag he was carrying. "This is what I need him for." The object was a small chest, with a very interesting lock, which only had two dimesions.

Beth grinned a little.
She never doubted thet she wasn't the first one, but she never expected some sort of a historical line of 'ancestors' of hers.
Maybe it was because the Doctor (at last as far as she knew) had no family.
Just as her, which mad her chose to travel around with him instead of staying at one place.
Thoughtful she looked at Lev. "...Well, where I'm from... I'm from this planet, the Earth. I'm gonna be born in about 350 years just to become a plain boring expert on ancient languages, nothing special.... That's why I'm here now."
Leaning against the console Beth smiled - still thoughtful, until she got back her concentration.
"What about you? You mentioned you lived with some of that Daleks. Looks like they're not just coing up with evil things, I'd say. I read about that species in school several times... Oh - Wait... What are you if I may ask?"
Beth grinned stupid and played with her scarf, until she realized that asking this must sound quite rude...
Thoughtful her eyes hovered through the room, while she was thinking of how to explain her odd behaviour to Lev.
"...Y'know, we once found a most interesting species on a left moon, particularly the seemingly last child of that colony.
The Doctor called it an Ayrium - Very strange beings. I wanted to take it with us and raise it - It however didn't live very long no matter where...
Since then I think I'm more used to extraterrestrials than to humans.
Earth has become a strange place for me I'd say...."
Becoming silent again she grabbed her hands back into her coat and looked in direction iof the TARDIS's door in anticipation of changing the topic to something rather happy or at least random.
"What's taking him so long? I mean... How can a time traveller manage to come home late?!"

Dalek:
--- Earth ---

After the Daleks exterminated the humans in the place they arived, more exactly the millitary people their, the two Daleks looked around for something to exterminate. More exactly: The Supreme looked for something to exterminate, the Dalek just looked around and waited for the end of this invasion. Waited for going home.

Waited for not have to exterminate. But it was a good Dalek. It didn't question orders. They shoot some building but the district of the planet the Daleks landed where still nearly empty. There where other Daleks before them there and some of their corps still stood around. They died in duty - not a shame for a Dalek, but true supreme ones survive any battle! Was the Dalek supreme? It didn't think so. Not that kind of supreme its supreme was.

So the Daleks came in an a little more inhabited area. They began with their typical phrase: "Obey, or you will be exterminated!". Some of the humans real did obey. That where the clever ones. The others began to throw thing on the Daleks so that they had to exterminate them. And than again some of these millitary people came and tried to exterminate them.

The two Daleks shoot in any direction and nearly any shoot did hit someone. The Dalek hated it to do that. It would have never tell anyone but somehow it understood why this people didn't want to obay them. But the supreme and it where Daleks - they had no other choise than exterminate people. That was what Daleks do. Exterminate.

It just looked around and shot anyone it real hated to do that but it saw the reason why it was nessesery - this people wanted to kill them, so what ell should they do? Just sit around and wait for their extermination was no option. So they had to kill all the people there.

After this short shootout the two Daleks where alone with the corps of some military people.
They looked around and found not far from their place in some more populated area a blue policebox. The supreme ordered the Dalek to wait. It knew that it was very possible that the Doctor is somewhere around them so they waited at the Tardis for him. Not to near and not to far. The Dalek didn't like it - but it obeyed.


Twelfth Doctor:

Wrinkling his nose against the awful stench, the Doctor walked up to what should have been the high tide mark
"Hmm..." He waved his sonic screwdriver about in an apparently random manner, shook it, then waved it about again. "Is this thing playing up?" he muttered. "If these readings are right, this isn't 'my' Earth, but one that's diametrically opposite. A parallel Earth - on the other side of the sun. Reminds me of that old Gerry Anderson show... Doppelgänger! Yeah. Good word, Doppelgänger. I must try and use it more often." The Doctor shook his head violently as if to clear it. "Come on, you old fool. You've got more important things to think about. Like why did the TARDIS land here, and why have the Dalek's drained this Earth's oceans?" He rubbed his chin thoughtfully. "There are times when it would be nice to have an answer for everything."
He hurried back to the TARDIS, scrambled for the key. After unlocking the door he rushed in, the door slamming shut behind him.

Even with the knowlege that Donna had aquired she was still at a loss, the box was interesting but-..."Okay then but-What's the box for, unless you are planning to trap him in there or something I'm not sure what it's going to accomplish exactly."

Lev grinned

"What question do you want me to answer first?"

She laughed then gave Beth an apologetic look

"Sorry" she stared still grinning "I couldn’t resist winding you up then. First question Daleks, yes. In Manhattan….does that place still exist? Sorry I'm a bit disorientated and haven’t a clue where I am but I do now know however I'm on Earth. What year might I ask?? Anyway, I lived with what was known as 'The Cult of Skaro' they were said to be a mere myth but then we, being Rose, Mickey, the Doctor and I met them in Canary Warf. Does that place still exist to? It's in a city called London."

Lev shifted uncomfortably as if looking a little ashamed about what she was going to say next

"They weren't too bad really, for Daleks I mean." She mumbled this first part before speeding up in a haste to clarify her words "I mean Sec was rather nice for being a Supere Dalek. Thay ok he was easily angered but he and Jast weren't too bad. And even though Caan was an idiot once you got through to him even he wasn't too 'bad'. I have to admit though. I haven’t seen them in ages. They were presumed dead but I have a feeling they're not."

She glanced at Beth waiting for the annoyed accusations to fly at her and decided to fill in the tense seconds waiting

"Me I'm human…..and it was proved that yes. And don’t worry about the last comment. I know the feeling. Once you travel Earth suddenly seems….Dull. But as Sarah Jane said, you can find adventure with extraterrestrials where ever you are, even on Earth. As for the Doctor I have no idea how he manages it…..Oh well I guess something's never change no matter how old you get"

Silence followed again and Lev instantly jumped when the TARDIS door flung open and the Doctor waltzed in

"I thought you'd learnt how to click your fingers to open the TARDIS doors" Lev quizzed now confused "or in your regeneration did you forget how?"

I'll try and work on my character's Bio. I have an idea now of what her story is. Hope I've also got everything right but I'm finding it a bit difficult about writing my part in just my OC's POV. ]

"In the box? I don't actually know... That's kinda what I need him for, the other part is well... my master wants to get the universe to know of his exsitance, and what better way to do that then with a time traveler- Oh snap.... I shouldn't of said that..." Leemon was feeling very stupid.

-Earth!-

Donna crossed her arms, "Yeah you shouldn't have said that." she said with a raised eye brow, ",with a time-traveler what? Just finish telling me. Might as well."
she shrugged, she was curious but rather than play the Doctor's way with questioning she went the other way, nutrual. Nearly uncaring.

Sighing, Leemon continued: "Well, the thing is, he's not very infamous yet and by getting the Doctor to spread his name... though he might not need to if the Doctor knows that he's infamous in the future... I dunno," Leemon shrugged, "I think he just wants to feel he has a secure job."

Thinking a bit more he added, "So will you help me?"

[NRPG: Yes... I keep thinking of stuff to put which doesn't fit! And mine was probably shorter, but that's cos I had to go out to a Christmas thing...]


Twelfth Doctor:

"What? Yes, yes!" the Doctor said testily, then relented slightly. "I'm sorry, Lev, but I haven't got time for silly party tricks." His fingers danced at the controls, the engines starting and settling into their familiar and comforting rhythm. He turned to face Lev and Beth. "Not now that I've found I've got two Planet Earths to save." Suddenly looking anguished, he added quietly "Although I don't know if I can..."


Lev:
-TARDIS-

Lev glared at the Doctor. she'd never heard him say he could never do something before. Sure he'd questioned someone if they thought he could save both words. But even then he just grinned and ran of. Mustering all her courage she turned ot Beth

"I'm sorry what if what i'm abuot to scares you, and i've never done this before to anyone" she gave the new companion a appologetic look before turning to the Doctor

"DCOTOR!" she called to get the Time Lord's attention and once she had it she raised her left hand.

The sound of a slap rang through the TARDIS and Lev glared the the Time Lord before her

"Dont ever talk like that again!" she cried at him before running further into the TARDIS. With any luck he never entered the rooms of his old companions and she was hoping that fact had not changed. Speeding along she turned and opened the door she remembered to be her room

Twelfth Doctor

The Doctor rubbed his cheek where Lev had slapped him and stared at the doorway she'd disappeared through, too shocked to be angry. It had been a fair while since he'd last been slapped. All he'd done was express a little self-doubt.
Ah. That was it. His tenth incarnation never did so when Lev was around, so he wasn't allowed to either. Right. That was something to file away for later.
Now, perhaps he should double-check the coordinates he'd entered, though that was primarily to avoid making eye contact with Beth, who probably found the whole incident amusing.


Lev:
-TARDIS-

To her utter amazment her suspisions had been corect, Her room was untouched. Well there was the odd thing which had been moved but she suspected that had been Beth when she's been exploring. Not that she minded. There had never been anything interestig left in her room.......or had there. she frowned. Maybe she had left something in there. something was nagging at the back of her mind. Switching on the light she walked over to her bed and laid down on it. It felt good to finally lay on something soft. Glancing to the side she picked up a pile of A4 papers. Shuffling thruogh them she stopped. Staring back at her was a pencil picture of four daleks, all looking in her directio. To anyone else they were expresisonless but to her, she knew they were confussed. she'd drawn all the time in Manhattan.

"I miss you four" she whispered then glanced around to make sure no one was around to hear her confession. Especialy the Doctor. She knew how much he dislikes the Dalek race.

"Erm...well." Donna put one hand into her coat pocket, the familer cold key caught in her grip. It used to feel warm with the life of the Tardis but now....She hesitated, this key was important. More important than nearly anything to Donna, and lastly it was one of her few remaining ties with the Doctor. "I'll get it back right?" She pulled the key out of her pocket, it shimered in the little light that lit the street.

[NRPG: I may be on the computer more actually, I just don't know right now...]


Orange-Lemon-House (Leemon)

"When we get to the Doctor, yes." Leemon took the shining key from Donna's hand and placed it inside the device. "Now we just wait, um... if you want your key back strait after, you may have to come with me to find the Doctor... whihc may not be easy... espeicialy since we only have a prototype for a time machine..." Leemon watched the machine as a green loading bar slowly crept along. He thought for a bit and looked up at Donna. "Would you risk your life on a maybe fatal time machine if it meant you may see the Doctor again?" He said, sencing from her inital reluctance to hand over the key meant she would probably anwser his question in the affirmative.

[NRPG: Mk... If Donna says no I may have to kidnap her... It's in the rules and kidnaping her would be fun...]

Donna had two voices screaming at her; one(being the timelord part of her) was shrieking 'Just go with him, say yes! Anything to see the Doctor! ANYTHING!' but her other half, her still very Donna-ish half told her other wise, 'Just take the key and knock this bloke out! He must be lying he must!'. "Ye-" she started to say it, the words were going to come.....though she hesitated once more "For all I know you could be just trying to capture him..wouldn't be the first time it's happened," she took a half step back "after that Doctor trap nonsense I know better than to trust just anyone Mate. And you don't exactly seem like the type so if you don't mind-"

Before Donna finished her sentence Leemon sprang forward and knocked her out. "... I'm sorry, I didn't want to have to do this, but you didn't give me any choice!" Leemon then realised there was an old lady across the road watching him. "d**nit!" He grabbed the unconcious Donna and scaled a nearby building and ran off into the night.

Donna rubbed her head as she sat up, the same pain surged through her mind that she had felt back when the Doctor had taken her memories-and again when they returned. The ginger still could not figure out how she had gotten them back to be honest, the Doctor him self said that she would die if that ever happened. Yet here she was, sitting in a-hold on a minute, it seemed to be nothing more than a dark room, wires were strung around the room seeming with out care. And Donna, was well not happy at all. That other bloke, Leemon or what ever he was called, wasn't in sight but she could hear something...and that bothered her. "Oi!" She shouted, after getting her footing in the tangle of wire, "Was that it? Kidnap me? What good is that going to do eh?" once again she was thinking of Planet 1....they captured her so the Doctor would come, but was that what he was up to? Didn't seem like it but she couldn't know for sure until she found him, and when she did well...."I'm going to kill that-" she was muttering angerily under her breath as she looked around. It had been a while since something like this had happened.......what seemed like a very long while.

Leemon went over and covered her mouth with a gloved hand. "Shhhh, we're not supposed to be here, and if you talk, we'll be found out!" He slowly released his grip on her mouth, "You promise not to be so loud? I only kidnapped you because you were being unreasonable and I was running out of time, and you said you wanted the key back strait after sooooo..." He left her side and went over to a control panel and started typing.

Hardly trying not to grin about Lev's slap Beth looked over the Doctor's shoulder to see what he was doing at the console.
She didn't want to disgrace him so she didn't speak about that incident.
She instead asked herself what his previous regenerations must have been like if his current one was different enough to shock former companions.
"A... Second Earth... " She began thoughtful "...How exactly? I mean two parallel ones at one point in space like overlapping quantum realities? Two seperate ones at different space-coordinates? The same ones in different temporal coordinates...?"
...Maybe that was not even her Earth... Maybe that was an Earth where the Daleks were more successful that on Beth's planet...
"....And a more interesting question would be if it's a parallel Earth, is this Lev your Lev?" Beth smirked a little then leaned against the other side of the console.
"I always loved multiverse stuff at college, but..." She sighed silently "...Who cares now - Anyway... may I go out and have a look at the environment?"
She grinned nasty with her usual 'with-or-without-yor-permission'-expression, and grabbed her hands into her pockets.

--- Outside the TARDIS ---

The Dalek saw the Doctor rushin into the TARDIS.
"The Doctor is in the TARDIS." said the Supreme.
"I know, my vision isn't impact!" the Dalek answered.
The Supreme looked at the Dalek. "Stop your insupordination! This is your last chance! You will obay me!" the supreme shouted.
"I obey!" the Dalek answered and followed the Supreme to the TARDIS. It haited it when it remembered him that this was its last chance before it have to be reprogramed.

They rushed nearer to the blue box, killing some armed humans on the way. Now they where real near to the Doctors vehicle and the Dalek was somehow impressed. The TARDIS. They heared so often about this mighty peace of technice, and now it was in front of it. It looked so small, but the Dalek knew that Timelordtechnologi can be bigger on the inside.

"We will make a trap for the Doctor." the supreme said. It didn't shout - maybe it was afraid the Doctor could hear them.
"What kind of trap?" the Dalek asked.
Stop asking questions, you fool! You will go to the right side of the TARDISs door, I will go on the left side of the TARDISs door, then when the Doctor hushes out, he wound see us, and we can cut his way off and exterminate him! the supreme shouted. Now it didn't think about that the Doctor could hear them.

"I obey!" The Dalek answered and didn't say how stupid that plan was. It could think a hundred better ways to exterminate the doctor - but it real didn't want to do that.
After they where on their places the supreme shouted: "You will kill the Doctor! That's an order!"
"I obey!" the Dalek answered, understanding that that was some kind of test. But it would obay and kill the Doctor when he would come out. He had the order and hated it.


Lev:
-TARDIS-

Lev peeked out back into the consolse room. The Doctor was now looking at what she asumed used to be the TARDIS computer screen. She also noticed a large red handmark on his cheek and winced. Maybe she shouldnt have hit him so hard....she hadnt really been that angry. Beth she noted was heading towards th TARDIS doors and her stomach clenched. Lev glanced down at her watch and saw the hands spinning hecticly. Thanks to a certain supreme, her watch now worked...with a few added bonuses. After a lot of complaining from him about her being late and then her complaints about a watch which didnt wor, Sec had snatched it up and made some alterations.

"There's daleks outside the TARDIS" she mutterd flipping back down the face of it and staring in horror as Beth got closer to the door "and Beth's about to go outside"

Jumping out from her hiding place she shouted out

"Beth stop! There;s Daleks outside!"

--- TARDIS ---

Right after Beth did her first step out of the TARDIS she heared Lev screaming for her.
The fact that she said there would be Daleks made Beth for a second wish to ask her to prove that, until she realized, that this maybe would have sounded rather disrespectful.
If Lev spent some time with Daleks, there was no reason why she would not be able to sense them in some way.
"Oh really..." Beth began slightly irritated, looking left, looking right, and then turning around. "...Well, at least not in our range as far as we can see here.... Any specific indication signs of how to identify a Dalek when I see one?
...Apart from the fact that it's extraterrestrial?" She quickly asked, then sneaked a second time around...

"Meh." Donna muttered with slight annoyance, after a moments thought she decided what her answer "Fine....Just-" she followed him, "Tell me what exactly you are doing." Not even commenting on his whole 'you were being unreasonable' thing. Right now it didn't matter.

Twelfth Doctor
-- TARDIS --

"What? Daleks?"
So engrossed in what he was doing, the Doctor hadn't heard what Beth had said and only reacted when Lev shouted in alarm. He whirled around to see the door open and Beth standing just outside. He muttered an oath when he noticed that there appeared to be buildings outside. It had been a desolate beach just a moment ago. And yet he knew they hadn't travelled anywhere.
Was it possible for the TARDIS to be on both Earths at once? Somehow phasing between the two, so it could be seen on both, but only solid on one, and then periodically shifting to the other? He must be affected by it, too, as now he thought of it, the ground just before he entered the TARDIS had seemed strangely solid...
If that were the case, then it puzzled him as to why the TARDIS hadn't picked up any evidence of such an anomaly. However, it could explain why he had got such strange readings from the sonic screwdriver.
Talking of strange readings, he noticed that Lev's watch seemed to be acting strangely. Tying that in to her warning about Daleks, he called to Beth. "Get inside! Quickly!" Then quietly to himself, "I couldn't live with myself if anything happened to you."

[NRPG: I'm sorry if this doesn't make much sense, but I'm trying to explain how the TARDIS can be both at Bad Wolf Bay, and apparently a built-up area at the same time... courtesy of 1010100100101 and Buchanchem... ^^;]


Lev gave Beth one of her best 'dont patronise me' looks. Which she had a feelign proabably wasnt a very good one.

"Since" Lev began frowning slightly "Sec said I always end up where Daleks tend ot be and always at the wrong time he said to help me avoid these horrible 'colisions' the hands on this watch will point to them for a couple of seconds before returning to the time! That and once you've with a dalek for so long...the smell of dalekanium never seems to leave your senses" she paused for effect "And" she put emphasis on the word before stroling to TARDIS entrance where those outside could hear her that included those who are hiding around the side of the TARDIS"

[NRPG June or Teeceeoh I feel that explanation was a bit 'cheesy'. So feel free to contradict it or whatever if you want . Same goes to 1010 ]

"Well..." Leemon started, typing some more, "I'm trying to change the comand meconisms on this time travel device, and it has many firewalls..." He looked at Donna to see her expression, and said, "Just so you know, I'm not stealing this... I'm just borrowing it without permission." He continued to type out seemingly random patterns of numbers until a red warning screan came up. "d**n, don't send out an alarm, don't send out an alarm... Gah, I'm going to need to reconfigure all of this." He started pulling out wires from the 'time machine' until he found a plug. He looked back at Donna, "Um, I know your probably used to alien things, but I don't know how you'll deal with what I'm about to do..."

[NRPG: I'm just writing complete garbage here, I'm not very good with the whole techno jargon.]

"Don't worry about me right now sir, more important things to worry about say that alarm and getting out of here alive." Donna said quickly, shaking her head slightly. "I've met and seen all sorts of thing mate, so I don't think much can surprise me now."

Beth did a step backwards and looked at the Doctor and Lev.
"Glad to hear that -" She began quickly then smiled a little.

--- outside the TARDIS ---

The Daleks drove nearer to the TARDIS door. The Dalek saw clear - this wasn't the Doctor, the supreme told it clear that it should exterminate the Doctor. So it didn't shoot.

"EXTERMINATE her!" the supreme shouted.
The Dalek looked at it's supreme. "But this isn't the Doctor, your order was clear to exterminate the Doctor! If you want me to exterminate her, you have to give me better orders!" The Dalek looked confuced at it's supreme. This was realy strange behavor to the Dalek, it ever thought orders should be fullfilled correctly.
"You get your orders now! EXTERMINATE her!" the supreme shouted.

"But she is unarmed!" the Dalek answered.
"Follow your orders. Stop question your orders!" the supreme shouted.
"My orders are not supreme." the Dalek said. "Give me better orders!"
"You are corrupted! I will exterminate her, and have to exterminate you!" the supreme shouted.
"You won't!" the Dalek shouted.
"Then I have to exterminate you first!" the supreme answered.
"You also won't do that! EXTERMINATE!" the Dalek shouted, and exterminated the supreme which died screaming.

After that the Dalek looked confuced. It didn't follow a dirrect order by it supreme and did the only thing that's worster than that. It exterminated its supreme. Why did it to that? why did it shoot the supreme. There were no answers to that. It looked at Beth. This unarmed woman standing in the TARDISs door.
"EXT... EXTERMINATE!" It shouted but it didn't shoot. It's eye sank - it was a bad worthless Dalek with no use to the Daleks.


Lev:
-TARDIS-

Lev jumped at the sound of comotion and looked to where Beth was. Her eyes widdened in surpise. So sec had been right about the watch. With quick movments she was standing beside Beth and watching the comosion between the Supereme dalek and the soldier.

She flinched slightly as chunks of dalekcanium flew everywhere and the Supreme Dalek and memories of Manhattaen flashed through her mind. Another cry of exterminate bought her instantly back to reality and she realized with horror the Dalek had shot at Beth and she closed her eyes. When no cry of pain followed she opened them again to see the dalek which remained standing in the doorway of the TARDIS with eye stalk cast down. Instantly she knew that look. She'd only ever seen one dalek with that look.

"Doctor" she called to the Time Lord compleatly forgeting about his red cheek "this dalek is like the one from Utah, shall I try reasoning with it like Rose did?"

Twelfth Doctor
-- TARDIS --

One Dalek was ordering another to exterminate Beth, but the other was refusing to because she wasn't the Doctor, which gave him a chill when he heard it. What was worse, Lev had gone to join Beth to observe the ruckus outside, just as one Dalek shot the other, and he rushed to the TARDIS door with the intention of throwing himself in harm's way should the other Dalek decide to target Beth and Lev.
The Dalek again shouted the word that had became depressingly familiar during his travels, and the Doctor feared he was too late. But the Dalek didn't shoot.
Lev asked him if she could attempt to reason with it. Now noticing that the Dalek had apparently exterminated its Supreme, and not wishing to risk the possibility of getting slapped again, he reluctantly agreed, but stayed close by. He couldn't trust Daleks, any Daleks. Not even now.


Orange-Lemon-House (Leemon)

"If you say so." Leemon said. He removed his mask, showing an almost normal face, apart from the white discs instead of eyes. He then went on to remove his shirt, and pressed a button on his collarbone that just looked like a normal patch of skin. Like a mini fridge door part of his chest opened to show a mess of wires, tubes and circuit boards. He used the plug he'd recovered before and 'hooked' himself up to this devices mainframe.

[NRPG: This was hard to write... I had the idea of how it would work, but it was still weird to describe...]


Lev:
-TARDIS-

"You can stop now" she called to the Dalek and was glad when she caught its attention after the third time of calling to it "you dont have to exterminate any more"

With steady movements she walked towards the bewildered looking creature waiting for it to answer. She knew from privious experience with Daleks that they liked to feel they had the upperhand in situations


Apprentice:
-Dalek lab-

The clone dropped out of the tube it fell lifeless to the ground. It was a small teenaged boy with brown scrappy hair, blue eyes, a blue t-shirt that had the British flag with the word ROCK witten across it, a brown trench coat, black jeans, and sports shoes.

"WE DOES IT NOT MOVE?" asked Serik as he looked at the other Daleks.

The other Daleks looked at one another as Serik moved closer.

"IF YOU HAVE BROUGHT ME HERE FOR YET ANOTHER FAIL-URE AND I HAVE DO-NA-TED MY DNA FOR NOTHING I WILL EX-TER-MIN-ATE YOU ALL!!!" yelled Serik.
"NO SIR, IT LIVES. MOVE MON-GREL! MOVE!!!!!" yelled the black dalek.

"OBEY!!" it yelled as it shot the boy with electrisity.
"OBEY!!!!!!" it yelled again.

This time the boy began to scream in pain before leaping up and cracking his face against the tube and cutting himself deeply along the face. Jest knelt down beside him and took him in her arms.

"It is alright child of Serik, it is alright." she said softly.

The boy stared deeply into her single eye breathing deeply.

"Who am I?" he asked.
"SILENCE, YOU WILL FOLLOW ME TO THE WEA-PONS CHAM-BER."ordered one of the Daleks.

The boy turned his head and looked at the Dalek horrfied. Before yelling "NO!!!!!!!" and pushing away from Jest. He made a mad dash away from the other daleks.

"STOP HIM!" yelled Serik as the boy ran faster and faster.

The Daleks slowly drove after him.

"SET WEA-PONS TO STUN!" yelled the Black Dalek.


--- Beth ---
--- TARDIS ---

Her hands in height of her breast beth stood there as if ready to beat it when necessary (as if that would work anyway...) but surprisingly even after killing the other Dalek (Was it it's commanding officer?) it didn't do anything but looking at Beth and Lev, who definitely was trying to do it the rather diplomatic way.
Beth did a step towards the Dalek and looked at it. It was definitely like nothing she had ever seen before, and it kept quiet...
"Hey?..." Beth began looking at it, then at Lev, then again at the Dalek. "...Thank... You...?" She tried to grin a little (A difficult task regarding the fact that the remains of it's dead commander still were standing around...) and waved politely at the Dalek.
She knew they were able to speak so Beth in fact was wondering why this one now went slent.
Maybe it was thinking of how to kill the Doctor more effective...
But it saved her life.
It didn't just deny to shoot at her, it preferred to kill the other Dalek to save her.
Thoughtful she looked at the Doctor, who definitely didn't seem to trust it, then at Lev who rather seemed to take care for it, then at the Dalek.
"Why did you do that?... Doesn't this compromise you?"


--- Dalek ---
--- outside the TARDIS ---

The Dalek looked at Lev.
"I am a Dalek. I can... stop?" it asked. It was a stupid question. But now after it had a chance to stop it - a wish it had the longest time of its live it somehow wished it just could live on as Dalek. What should it be as a Dalek who doesn't exterminate? A Dalek who doesn't exterminate was... nothing and even its live was filled just with this one duty where it was build for. To exterminate.
After that it looked at Beth.

"I don't know why I did this." it answered. "And I am a Dalek, why should it compromise me to exterminate." Of course it did. But that were things this people - and of course the doctor - shouldn't know. "So don't thank me for this. I am just a Dalek." its stalk-eye sank again. "Maybe the worst Dalek ever. I exterminated my supreme instant of an enemy of the Daleks. I don't have the right to live. EXTE..." it tried it again but it had no chance. It wasn't able to exterminate this people.
"Why can't I exterminate you! I even can't exterminate you!" it shouted angry but somehow was happy about that. If it could exterminate them it wouldn't be its character. That way it was better, it thought. That way I wound have to exterminate any more.
It didn't understand why it did that but it somehow felt that it was the right thing to do. Why ever - maybe it was the best thing to get exterminated anyway.

"Do you want exterminate me... now?" it asked. It somehow feared to destroy itself and felt no reason for doing such a thing. But if this people wanted to exterminate it, this was their right as enemies of the Daleks.

[NRPG: hope it's clear now: the little thing is real confused! ;-)]

--- TARDIS ---

Beth still stood there gazing confused at the Dalek in front of her.
It seemed to have a serious identity crisis...
After her first moment of scare when she saw it and her following curiosity she now rather began to feel sorry for it.
She exchanged little helpless looks with the Doctor and Lev, than looked back at the Dalek.
"No... I don't want to. Why should I?..."
Reserved but sympathetically she patted it's plunger - or whatever it used to look like...
"...I won't need you harm, and.... They neither..."
Beth looked back at Lev and The Doctor.
At least she was sure Lev wouldn't wish harm it...


--- Dalek ---
--- outside the TARDIS ---

The Dalek looked confused at Beth. "You... won't exterminate me?" it asked. "I am your enemy you have to exterminate me!" it shouted angry. This person didn't have the simplest clue of Dalek logic - but, on the other hand, did it have any sign of it? It exterminated its supreme which wanted to exterminate it and now wanted some member of an other raise to exterminate it. That was more unlogical than a Dalek normally was. And the thing that it wasn't able to exterminate this persons. It was afraid of its own reactions. It was afraid don't be able to exterminate. It was afraid to become something that's not Dalek, not human, not Timelord just... nothing!
It looked again at Beth and Lev.

"There is more then one good reason to exterminate a Dalek. Aren't you afraid of me? I am a member of the greatest worriors in the universe! You have to hate me! You have to exterminate me!" it shouted.
It was real confused 'cause of the reaction of this persons. Ok it also was confused of it's own reactions. It simply didn't know what it was... feeling. And that was what it was afraid of.


Twelfth Doctor
-- Outside the TARDIS --

The Doctor shook his head. "Fear you? I pity you. There's something about you that's not right. You're not a pure Dalek, are you? You've been contaminated. Sullied. And you hate it. You might wonder how I know this. It's simple." He held up the now-deactivated sonic screwdriver. "Very versatile tool, this. I scanned you with it."
He could have said more, but decided to await the Dalek's reaction.

[NRPG: Hope I'm not inferring anything I shouldn't]


Lev shrugged then realized the dalek might not know what that meant.

"I'm not scared of you. Its hard to be scared of something which you've lived with for a while and when the same spiecies somewhat svaes your life" she grinned at the Dalek "besides, you might like being a good dalek. Give your new ways of thinking etc a chance.

She'd also detected the slight hint of fear in its voice, even if she knew better than to point it out

"Do you know of the Cult of Skaro?" she asked, hoping that a familliar subject might help calm it down enough to reason with it "Thats why I'm not afraid as I said before. I've known too many daleks to be afraid."

"You're a-cyborg?" Donna said shaking her head slightly, while the knowlege of them were in her mind, the ginger hadn't actually seen one before. Though she acted more like her 'old' self, it wasn't entirely shocking to her....just mostly. "Right so erm...what exactly are you doing because it just looks like- well...nevermind." Donna shook her head once more.

"That's why I warned you." Leemon said making a face, "I'm getting rid of the firewalls, it's easier this way... the guy who made this didn't expect anyone like me trying to break in." He stood still for a few seconds, as if in a trance then pulled to plug out. "Done. Oh and just so you know, I'm not from this dimension either. It's kinda of hard to explain though. Maybe another time." He flipped a few switches, replaced his top and said, "Okay, ready to go." He looked back at Donna, "So, you coming?"

"What are you doing?" A voice asked Mai from the door.
Almainture's eyes narrowed and she tried to slam the door using her Pyschic powers. Thay grabbed the door and frowned.
"You know you shouldn't lock yourself up like this."
"Why can't I go in the ships and explore the universe?!" Mai asked despairingly. "It sucks on New Skaro! I want to see something new!"
"Well, cos of-"
"My Grandfather, I know! Sure he's the Emperor but that doesn't mean I can't go out and explore the universe."
"Yes, cos is someone finds out you're a princes well then..."
"They might take me hostage and use me to get something from the Empire- blah- blah-blah-"
Thay looked concerned at Mai. She was a sweet girl yes, but she was like him, Impulsive and easily angered (and bored) Thay sighed, "I'll talk to my brother."
Almaiture grinned and Hugged her uncle. "Thank you!"

The Dalek looked at the Doctor. The man was right, it hated it, but it wasn't contaminated - it was like this since it was able to think so when should it have been contaminated. It didn't know why it exterminated its supreme but it didn't chance its mind before that. Of course, something was different now. But that was more the fact that their weren't other Daleks to control it then something that have been done in its mind. "I am not contaminated. Nobody contaminated me. It's a fault of the Daleks not mine that I exist in that way!" it shouted and looked at Lev.

"I should give this way to think a chance?" it asked thoughtful. "I never did anything that's different from exterminate and wait and follow orders. That's the Dalek way of live if I like it or not I am not a good Dalek if I don't live that way!" it didn't real know how to act. Of course it was a bad Dalek. Anyone killing it's one supreme is a bad Dalek who just should die!
"The cult of Scaro? I heard of them in old Dalek tales! You knew them... and weren't afraid of them?" the Dalek looked around at the TARDIS Crew.

"So... you all aren't afraid of me?" now the Dalek really didn't know what to say. That was some completely new situation and it had to learn to handle it. It wasn't sure if this situation was good or bad.


Lev

"Yes" Lev answered grinning at the dalek "I met them and wasnt afaird. Besides, you might find you like being kind and less dalek like. It'd make your life easier. You'd be free to do as you wished and not what someone else wished."

Her grin vanished and she looked crestfallen

"I knew them. They all just disapeared though. Even Caan. I thought they were dead but they're still alive somewhere." then glancing around as an after thought "I even miss them"

But a familer shape caught her eye, one she had been afraid she would never see again. "The Tardis." she breathed, obviously shocked however she remembered that Leemon was still at her side so she took his hand and started dragging him along, though she was still quiet and deeply unaware of what to do.

Her eyes turned to Leemon "I reconize this place but I'll ask you anyway. Do you have any idea where we are? And more importantly if this is the right reality? Wait scratch that last question."
There were times when she acted to much like the Doctor, and it quite frankly annoyed her.

Leemon looked confused, then he remembered something, "Opps... What you said about reality and all... I think I may have nicked the wrong teleporter... But wait, that doesn't make any sense!" He mused aloud, "When I came to the dimension your from it was werid, not an instant teleport... It was like..." He stopped, realising that he couldn't explain what he was saying. "No, this is definatly the right dimesion, but..." He went up and knocked on the 'TARDIS' door. No one answered, so he tried the handel, which opened easily. Inside looked like a normal police box. "...Is this what it usually looks like inside?" He asked Donna.

Donna complained, and as soon as she saw the empty police box she looked at Leemon with a very Doctor-ish look, "Leemon," she started ",You used the key from the Tardis to find the Doctor correct? so that key would, logically, take us to the Tardis. So then how to you explain this empty box? The real Tardis is-..." she went back to normal Donna "Amazing." she said dreamily "However, This is not. What ever has happened is either your fault or someone else's. All I know is we need to find out what exactly happened alright?" her tone changed yet again.

"And anyway, it could be your fault," he said, "I mean you keep chaning how you talk and all, what if your just trying to kidnap me and then going to sell me chips in the black galxiey?!" Leemon started his version of hyperventlating, which sounded like metal airvents.

She remembered how the Doctor often changed the way he talked, and even herself had been bad about doing that and now with the way she was...Donna figured it was just worst.

Twelfth Doctor

Not contaminated? The Doctor couldn't believe it. That would mean that this Dalek had been deliberately made impure. And having a Dalek that wouldn't straight-out try and exterminate him seemed a very big error of judgement indeed.

He decided to put the Dalek to a test, even though he knew he was preventing Lev from trying to reason with it. Placing himself in front of Beth and Lev, he said, "You do know who I am? Ka Faraq Gatri? Your Public Enemy Number One? Hmm?"


Lev:
-Outside the TARDIS-

Glaring Lev shuffled about. She knew what the Doctor was trying to do but knew instantly it wouldnt work.

"I swear one of these days I was gonna kill you" She muttered so no one could hear, glaring at the Time Lord. She knew or was hoping he remembered that she wouldnt really kill him. She'd never be able to kill anything. she remmebered the last person to have pointed that out to her. Or should she have said Dalek?

With yet more grumbling, she leant against the side of the TARDIS, glad to have the feeling of wood against her skin. She'd missed the time machine and her interiror.

A little irritated Beth emerged from behind the Doctor again.
"Ka Faraq Gatri?"

She still didn't believe that this weird creature was evil, but maybe it was just because it saved her life...
On the other hand the Doctor of course knew far more about interstellar life forms than she did, and so she sighed silent and didn't bar his way when he intended to run a test with it.

She looked at Lev and leaned at the TARDIS as well.
"...Are this creatures some sort of Robots or so?"She asked Lev, wondering about what "Cult of Skaro" meant...

Suddenly something hit Donna like a ton of bricks, it wasn't right. None of it. The Tardis, the place they were none of it. "This isn't the real thing..." she breathed sadness nearly overwhelming her at once. She hadn't found him after all, 'It's not fair' "Okay Leemon, I want explanations right now. Starting with questions, Anyone out to get you?"

[NRPG: Okay I am SORRY for doing this but it's been bugging me for a while...so yeah. It's not bad wolf bay it can't be. Teech has explained this to me. So yeah..sorry again.]

"I know who you are, your explanations are useless." the Dalek said to the Doctor while it looked at him. It didn't say it but it always imagined him a little taller. "If I would like to exterminate you I would exterminate you now. This is senseless. I am maybe the worst Dalek ever but I am not stupid. I just don't want exterminate anyone." It said and sank its eye again before it looked at the irritated face of Beth.

"Ka Faraq Gatri... this means Destroyer of the world in your language." the Dalek thought a nanosecond why the Doctors Box didn't translate it. It thought the Box can do such things. Than it began to explain more. "It is a old Dalek word for the doctor. He got it after he destroyed or world." it looked at Beth and the Doctor.

It couldn't think why it did talk like this to them. They were humans and as the Doctor said, the Doctor was the greatest enemy of the Daleks. He should be destroyed. And now it was hear. The first Dalek in century real have a chance to kill that man. And it just let hang its eye and talk and worst... it killed its supreme!"! The Dalek just didn't understand itself. It didn't understand why it didn't do the one thing it was made for. Exterminate.

It looked after that at the Doctor. "Is their a reason why you talk to me like this. Do you have some kind of death wish." It asked some kind of interested. It would real hate to kill that man but on the other hand their were enough Daleks on this planet who would do that job as good as it would and where it could send the Doctor.


Twelfth Doctor

The Doctor rubbed his chin thoughtfully. He knew he'd probably peeved off Beth and Lev, but at the current moment he didn't really care. As far as he was concerned, they should be grateful that they're still alive to be peeved...
He'd been certain that this was some kind of Dalek ploy. But now he wasn't so sure.

He'd made himself the perfect target. And yet, the Dalek had displayed no interest in exterminating him. None! Why would the Daleks allow such a flawed Dalek mutant to live?
Ignoring the comment about his having a death wish, he muttered, "A Dalek that won't exterminate. It doesn't make sense." Then looking squarely at the Dalek, he said, "You don't make sense. Your very existence is a mystery. And I don't like mysteries. Why were you allowed to live? WHY?"

--- Tardis ---

Beth stared at the Doctor.
Was he world weary to try to make the Dalek angry?...
"Doctor!" She began hortative (realizing that she sounded like her own mother...) "...what are you doing?!
The creature is totally confused... It's okay..."
She didn't know what to do with her arms so she started to play with her scarf again, still looking caring but peremptory at the Doctor, then too at the Dalek repeating "It's okay..." and trying to figure out if this still was part of the Doctor's test.

The Doctor turned to look at Beth, and tried to hide his exasperation. "Beth, by rights this Dalek shouldn't exist. They live to exterminate - what use is one that won't? Like I said; it doesn't make sense!"
He turned back to the Dalek again.

Beth boggled a little while listening to the Doctor.
"...There are a lot of thinks that shouldn't exist, but fact is they do...
Please don't tell me you want to kill it..."
Why did he hate that creature so much? Didn't he recognize that it saved her life?
However, she had no time for this sort of thoughts...


Imperial Dalek Almaiture-

Mai did not wait for her uncle Dalek Thay to return, she called to her small griffin like compainion and pulled a large white sheet off of a large war machine. Mulou the Griffin looked at it curiously.
"This is my ship, Mulou. I've been keeping it a secret for a few years now and I finally got it working." She told him.
The large metal Black doors opened with a hiss.
"But won't your Grandfather be angry that you have disobeyed him."
Mai shrugged, "I don't live by other peoples rules, I make my own."
With that she pushed Mulou into the ship and sealed the doors and hatches.
"One question, Princess." Mulou asked concerned a. "Have you actually flown this ship before?"
"No."
"No pressure then."

Dalek Thay looked up from his window as he saw a bright flame shine below in Almaiture's workshop. A few Seconds later he saw the large black ship disappear into the golden Sky of New Skaro...
"Dalek Sec! Dalek Sec!" He cried frantically as he ran into his brothers room.
"What is it Thay?"
"Almaiture... She built her own ship, she's gone." Thay choked harshly...
"Gone?! What do you mean gone?"
"I mean she's gone!!!" Thay said hysterically.

He thought a bit then said, "I am curious on who brought us here though... do you think we should investigate first?"

Leemon grinned back, "Good, I was hoping you'd say that." He put the device away, and started walking around the phone box. His eyes were open, but he was walking blindly so his internal eye scanners could do a more through job. "Now," he started, "Nothing too unusual with this box, apart from the fact the windows are 3cm off the right size for a usual phone box... which to me doesn't really signafy any perticular thing." He looked back at Donna, hoping she would know if this mattered or not.

"As I said. I am useless but I don't want to die. I didn't chose to live but I prefere to live. Why doesn't I wish to die! Answer!" the Daleks shouted. It was compleatly confuced now by all this people around it.
Slowly after Beths words the Dalek a little slowed down.

"I surived. The Daleks made a mistake. How can the Daleks make a mistake? The daleks are the supreme beeings of the universe!" After it said that it sank its stokeeye and looked at Beth.
"The Doctor is right. I shouldn't exist. There is no reason for me to be!" after that it looked at the Doctor.

"But I don't want to die! I want to live. I never was a regular Dalek..." It stopped a little to thing. "...so I should stop acting like one! The Doctor is right. I killed many people. I would prefere to die. At least for killing my supreme. But I can feel it was right to kill it and save your companion. Why am I feeling like that." it looked at Beth and the Doctor. "Answer!"


Lev:
-Outside TARDIS-

Turnign to Beth she began to explain

"There was a huge war between the Daleks and the Time Lords for the power of the universe" she stopped waiting for some sort of reaction but continued after a while "and to save the universe the Doctor destroyed the Daleks, but at the cost of his own world. That's why he's the only Time Lord left."

-Imperial Human Dalek Almaiture-
--In space near Mars somewhere--

Mulou looked at up at the Human Dalek princess, she was asleep in her pilots chair the ship running on auto pilot. He knew that her grandfather, the Emperor would be furious at her disorderly behaviour but couldn’t help but admire him.
He jumped up on to the control panel as the ship almost lazily passed the red planet called Mars. This meant they were nearing their destination of Earth.
Almaiture had always wanted to join the diplomats ships whenever they went to Earth but was never allowed.

As they neared Earth, Mulou knew that something was not right. The coordinates where right but they where reading ‘two’ bodies the same mass and the same properties of Earth.
“Mai... Mai!” Mulou shook the princess awake.
“What is it?!” She angrily snarled at Mulou. She never like being rudely awakened especially by annoying baby griffins.
“The instruments are working properly but there seems to be, two Earths...” He said nervously. Mulou knew that she had no command over him but he never liked angering one of the Imperial Human Daleks, which could mean death in some cases. (Or death threats in Thay’s case)
“Two Earths?” She sounded bewildered more than angered.
“But there is Timelord technology detected up the surface of one, this means the Doctor is here.”
Almaiture frowned, it was in her blood to hate the Doctor but he was the one after all to save and aid them, allowing them to build a new Empire on New Skaro.
“Then we must find out what is going on.” Almaiture turned the ship towards the signal before fastening a watch on to her wrist which made her features ripple and distort making her appear human. She grinned as she saw Mulou’s confused expression.
“My grandfather’s cloaking device, he used it in Manhattan...”

[NRPG- Aaannnnddd this post is as long as it is but I needed to get my characters story going... Hopefully Lev, Beth, da friendly but confused Dalek and the Doc won’t notice anything unusual about her, Although, I think Lev might suspect her...]

"Erm..I don't think that would matter, though-" Donna paused, momentarily, ". Nope nothing. Knowing him it could be something important, but she had no clue, it wasn't like she had measured the exact measurements of the Tardis. "Anything else? Residual energy, you know the like." A slight hand montion acompanied the question, as it often did with with questions.

"I don't know... I don't have the right programes to scan for that. Though... my scans show that there should be a giant hole in the ground where this fake TARDIS is... and possibly some worms." Leemon hit himself in the head. "I mean moles." He hit himself again. "Or maybe a giant talking cheese grater." He stood still for a few seconds then looked as if he was being electricuted. "Errr... I think something is messing with my systems..." He managed to say before he colaspsed.

Donna sighed, out both annoyance and confusion. "Can't rely on you or that machine of yours can I?" she thought for a second before saying, "Common, I suggest we do a bit of exploring. Don't need your scanners for that."

Beth slowly shook her head. "No, don't say such...."
Did it deserve to die? Beth had no clue. Would she deserve to die for defending herself when being attacked?
That was a matter of personal attitude and totally rubbish to discuss about, for now they had greater work to deal with.

"...I have no clue why you are feeling like that. ...I think because everyone does know that killing unarmed people is wrong?"
She looked at the Dalek, pattet it's plunger then again at Lev.

"So they were the badguys in that Time War then.... Allright... That'll explain a lot..."
She looked at the Doctor and began to understand why he felt such a hate for that confused creature...
"...so we better don't let that happen again, uh?...." She added for for her it seemed the only useful thing to suggest at the moment.
"Plans anyone? We still need to get that twin-earth thing too...

--Her ship on Earth hidden behind a building a short distance away from the TARDIS--

"Mulou, look after the ship, will you?" Almaiture said as she peered out of the hatch in the roof.
Around them on the pavement lay several bodies of army men. She scanned the area.
"Daleks. How very strange, grandfather said that he, Uncle Thay, Jast and Caan had been the only four."
Mulou shrugged. "What about the two Earth's?"
Almaiture waved her hand infront of her face. A ghostly echo followed.
"Temporal Influx. This planet is stuck on a recurring timeline! The other planet is an echo!" Almaiture said softly.
"But then that means that the time on the other planet still hasn't happened yet, it doesn't exist!" Mulou cried out.
"The Daleks must be keeping the Earth on a repeating Timeline, the Other Earth is solid and real but is just a side effect! Which would mean the TARDIS on the other planet is just a police box!"
"How do you know all this?" Mulou asked.
"Learnt it from Jast. Normally I wouldn't listen to him but he's very fasinated by Time. But this is the real Earth, so everything should be normal here. Including the TARDIS." She said as she slung an extremely large gun over her shoulder.
"What do you need that for? You're pyschic."
"Yeah, but a little gun can't be helped." She said grinning stupidly as she left. "How do I look?"
"Human." Mulou said softly.
"Thank-you!" She smiled before leaving.

Mai wandered around the place looking at Earths strange shops and buildings, kinda like New Skaro except a litte more primative and ancient looking.
She hear the voice of a Dalek and turned the corner to see two human woman and a man she designated as the Doctor. Before them was a single Gold Dalek.
"Oi you! Dalek!!!" She roared at the creature. She raised her gun and lined it up with the glittering metal beast.
"Say hello to this!"...


[NRPG- There you go! An explantation for the two Earths! And why the DoctorDonna and Lemon's TARDIS is just a box! Timey- Wimey, Wibbly Wobbly stuff included... Hopefully it's plausable. But then again, Mai could be wrong seeing as Jast doesn't know the theory perfectly. I think the Doctor would be better, it's kind of a Groundhog day thing... Stop Mai from harming that sweet little Dalek! Please! I love him too and Mai is mistaken... Don't take this to heart Thommy...]

He didn't like feeling so helpless with out his scanners and decided to let Donna choose they're next move using her human instinct, a quality he still hadn;t mastered.

[NRPG: A special thank you to DalekAvion, who made are nonsense, make some sense. And June, who helped to link us to the main goings on with the Doctor. I blame myself for this... I'm pretty sure I was the one to say the TARDIS was empty... ]


Lev:
-Outside TARDIS-

She jumped at the sound of the new voice and turned. Her jaw instantly dropped open at what she was seeing. There with gun raised and tenticles twitiching madly, was none other than a hyman dalek hybrid female. With a gun pointing straight at the dalek her, Beth and the Doctor had been talking to. Time seemed to move slowly as the sound of the gun fireing filled the air and before she kenw what was happening, she was rolling on the floor in pain, blood spreading wrppidly around the open wound.

[NRPG- I hope this isnt too graphic. I wanted to emphisise that the wound is not fatel and yet its not nice either. I'll allow Beth, 12th Doctor, Dalek and Mei to decide wheather or not Lev jumped in front of the dalek or if Mei simply missed by acident. Thouglh I was going with the first theory and that Lev jumped in the fire range]


[NRPG- Ekkk! I wasn’t expecting Lev to save the Dalek in such a way! Almaiture feels bad now... :paranoid: Awkward, very, very awkward. At least it’s not fatal, Almaiture feels very, very bad.]

Almaiture dropped the gun as she saw the young girl fall. She was incredibly confused that a human had just saved a Dalek. She stood their stunned for a few seconds before running towards them.
"I am sorry, I thought that Dalek was threatening you." Almaiture said dropping to her knees beside the you blonde girl. Her expression turned to one of anger. "Why did she step in the way?" She growled at the others who where standing around.
"Because that Dalek just saved my life." Beth said softly.


Lev:
-Outside TARDIS...In a lot of pain-

With a grunt Lev coughed and pressed her arms tighter around herself. She could feel, through the pain someone trying to attend to her wound without causing her more injury.

Flash backs whizzed through her mind- a daek with a needle and thread near her side slowly stitching up a different wound. Blood all over her clothes and her breathing shallow and uneven.

"Caan!" she shouted out, hoping for some comfort of a voice she recognized "Sec? Thay? Jast?"

With one last shaky breathe Lev closed her eyes and did the most embarrassing thing she could have ever done. She fainted as the pain got too much to bare.

[NRPG: Ok that last bit sounded a bit....ugh...never mind Well Lev has fainted or passed out in pain lol. Couldn't resist . But it will also help Mei question LEv about how she knew her grandfather's name]


Twelfth Doctor
--- Outside the TARDIS ---

The last thing the Doctor saw was the Human Dalek raising her gun before the scene suddenly shifted without warning and he found himself alone with the TARDIS back at Bad Wolf Bay.
"No, no, no, no! Why did this have to happen now!" he yelled at the uncaring sky.
It irked him that he had no forewarning about the change, and he briefly felt like the universe owed it to him. Which was stupid of course. He shook his head as if to clear it, than ran back inside the TARDIS.
Given what appeared to be unfolding on 'his' Earth, he couldn't really stand idly by waiting for the next shift to happen, as he didn't know when, or indeed if, it was going to.
Looking at the TARDIS console, he stared accusingly at the coordinates, which still displayed where he should have landed, not his current location. Hitting upon an idea, he worked out the coordinates of his current location in his head and then entered them, before doing his usual dance to set the time machine in motion. If setting the coordinates for 'his' Earth and caused him to land on this one, then surely the reverse would be true.
Or so he hoped...

[NRPG: This is to explain why the Doctor didn't do anything to try and prevent Lev from running into the line of fire. Also, the 'ghostly' forms of the TARDIS and the Doctor won't make any noise, so it's up to you if you notice the TARDIS disappear or not.]


-Dalek Almaiture-
--Lev’s room in da TARDIS--

Almaiture entered the room of the girl she had shot, certainly her heart was hard and cold but she did have kindness and love in it. She respected those whom put themselves on the line to save others; she had done it her self several times to protect her grandfather from the guns of assassins many times.
She looked at the sleeping young girl. She looked very young but the Doctor had told her that she was 19.
In New Skaro years, she was 16 years old but in Earth years; Mai was 19, so it meant that she and this young girl had been alive that same amount of time. She watched as the young girl, Lev, eyes flickered open wearily. Lev’s glaze turned on her and their blue eyes met.
Almaiture did not say anything as she gently lent over the young girl and held her hands over the wound she had bandaged. Lev felt the wound grow warm as strange blue light engulfed it. As Mai drew her hands away Lev saw that the wound had been completely healed.
“It’s the least I can do for you. I’m sorry I could spare you the pain outside I find it had to use my abilities under stress.” Almaiture said softly as she turned to leave. She suddenly felt Lev’s hand clutch her arm, she turned and glazed at the young human.
“Yes?” She wanted to question this girl, but not yet. She would rather manipulate people in order to find out things rather than face to face, she near she had difficulty speaking with other people even her own family.
“Who are you?” Lev asked, albeit a little shyly.

[NRPG- And I’ll leave at that cos I wanna hear Lev’s thought’s of Almaiture while this do-ma-lackey is going down. And Mai needed to use her psychic powers at some stage so why not healing another character? *huggles Lev*]


Lev:
-In her room in the TARDIS-

"Who are you?" she questioned agian, for the female hybrid's look had changed to uncertanty and unease

With a yawm Lev sat up and leant back against the pillws and headboard

"It's just" she continued "you have the same eyes.....or eye as....a friend I used to know. But it doesnt make sense I havent seem him in years and well....I dunno if he strill lives."

She smiled up at the hybrid and even though she had been shot by the extertrestrail woman she felt a good vibe comming form her. She seemed ok, even if Lev could sense a bit of unease commminf from her. Maybe they'll end up being friends she wasnt sure. And at elast the hybrid had tried to help with her wound. Unlike the Doctor....but then agian she mused he did have a lot of other things to think about.

"I do miss them thoguh" she whispered with a saddened look "Even Caan, the idiot! Thay..whose temprer I managed to tame for a bit, Jast too quiet for his own good and Sec, the kindest Dalek I've ever known"

Twelfth Doctor
-- TARDIS --

As it happened, his idea did work, and he managed to make the TARDIS materialise on the same spot, though he checked the scanner to make sure. He had fully expected to see the Dalek destroyed, but to his surprise, it was fully intact. And looking at - Lev? Lev was on the ground, having obviously prevented the Dalek Human from killing the Dalek.
Everyone's attention was so focused on Lev that his disappearance and return hadn't even been noticed, which for once he was kind of glad.
He had seen the Dalek Human carefully pick up Lev and head towards the TARDIS, so he'd hurried to the door and let them in. He'd offered to help look after Lev, but the Human Dalek, who was called Almaiture - a princess, no less - said would be better for her to, since she was the one who had shot her. The Doctor had agreed to her logic, leading them to Lev's old room while telling Almaiture a little bit about Lev.
At no moment did it seem odd talking to the hybrid, even though she was part Dalek. It was as if the human side had completely made up for it.


--Dalek Mai--
--Lev's room inda TARDIS (Why da? Why do I keep doing that?)--

Mai was uneasy about this Human female, she spoke about her grandfather, her grand uncle, the Admiral and the philospher as if they where her friends, and for all she knew they could be. She had better state her position, in case this human might think her an enemy. She had after all shot her...

"I am Imperial Dalek Almaiture, granddaughter of the Grand Emperor Sec." She said softly. Mai turned to leave. "I must go, the Imperial family shall be worried for me, my grandfather especially..."
Without a glance back at the young human she left to go back to her ship.


Lev
-her room in the TARDIS-

Lev: gasped. No wonder she looked so...well sorta familliar. Sitting u quickly, she pushed her feet into the nearest pair of shoes closest to her. (a simple pair of white sandles closed toed thankfuly) With a few shakey steps she quickly gained speed and ran after the female hybrid.

"Hey wait" she called, almost crashing into the wall opposite her bedroom door "take me with you, please!"

With her best pupy dog eyes she stared at Almaiture.

"please" she whispered "if only to see Sec again."


[If Lev does go with Almaiture and she sees Caan be prepared for a lot of arguing. Sec, Jast and Thay she'd just glomp glad to see them again]

--- TARDIS - Main control room ---

It had been a kind of a shock for Beth.
Not just seeing Lev getting shot without being quick enough to prevent it, but also revealing the female Alien that shot her finally as a sort of ally who only wanted to save them...
There seemed to have been some kind of... Privacy... Between Lev and the Alien who revealed herself as Almaiture.
Beth didn't know what was their connection, but she decided to leave them among each other - Just in case they were a couple or something similar.

Beth stood in the control room, watching the Doctor working while she was inspecting the Dalek, which seemed to be unconscious.
She didn't even ask to take it aboard, she simply pushed it in (Which was easier than int looked like regarding it's size, which fortified her conjecture that it wasn't physically rolling, but rather hovering to move around) without debating about.
For she was the cause for all this, she was - planned or not - responsible for that Dalek.
She tried to guess what part of it had which specific function, and grabbed it's manipulator arm.
Hopefully it wasn't what it looked like...

Beth sighed silent. That was what bad timing was all about, wasn't it? Irony regarding travelling with a TARDIS...
She turned around towards the Doctor.
"Smeg, I'm glad Lev's alright..." She began thoughtfully, taking some steps forward, still looking at the Doctor. "...What about you? Are you alright too?..." She concerned grabbed for his shoulder.
Seeing Lev getting shot for him must have been far more of a shock than for her, regarding that she was one of his former companions.
Beth knew the Doctor had some companions who must have been quite important for him - She didn't doubt Lev was one of them.
Alert she continnued looking him, then after some seconds at the main console.
Returning herself to a warm smile she took her hands back into the pockets of her coat and looked into the direction of Lev's room.
She didn't demand an answer to her question, but wanted to ask it anyway before she continnued.
"I'm gonna look how she's doing - Yell for me if you need something, okay?"


--- TARDIS, Lev's room ---

When Beth entered, Lev already was awake and talking to Almaiture.
Beth nodded at both of them hailing, then leaned against the wall.

"I see you're better now! Luckily - Hope you got a little regeneration time..." She grinned nasty "...Not to be taken literally of course."

She looked at Almaiture.
If Beth really would have expected Almaiture to be dangerous or an enemy she wouldn't have let her stay close to Lev no matter what the Doctor said.
For Lev was younger than Beth, Beth also felt responsible for her as she now did for the Dalek.
Luckily Almaiture (interesting name, wasn't it? It sounded like All Mature!) only did an ordinary mistake, which was completely logical regarding that normally Daleks were dangerous...

So - Welcome aboard to you too! I see you two already got into discussion, didn't mean to interrupt - Just two questions..."
The two seemed to look at Beth wit 'Go ahead' faced, so she continnued.
"Do you know each other, and do you need anything?"

Lev:
-Just outside Lev's room, TARDIS-

"I know Mei's Grandfather, remmeber I was talking about the Cult of Skaro" Lev answered grining, returning to her cheerful self. With that she turned back to Almaiture "can I call you Mei? Almaiture is a bit long"

Turning back to Beth she gave a small smile

"thanks for comming to check on me, Ihave to admit.....I was kinda hoping to go with Mai to see her fmily. For I really want to see my old friends agian. If I do go, look after that Dalek for me. They may be ruthless killers, but as you have witnessed there's always one who is different. Have a dalek for an ally and your...well" She left of, hoping Beth got the massage that having a friend which was a Dalek was useful.


[NRPG: Sorry Beth, Lev's planning on leaving ^^;. Unless the Doctor plans on visiting New Skaro to . Cause didn't Mai mention something about Sec doing something to the Earth]


-Dalek Mai-
--Jast outside Lev's room in da TARDIS--

Mai looked curiously between this human whom had joined them and the one called Lev. Lev seemed nice enough, a bit impulsive (judging by the way she had almost knocked her self out when she crashed in to the wall opposite her door) but otherwise she seemed nice and she had known her grandfather, which was alright.

"You want- you want to leave?" Beth asked Lev sounding crestfallen. "But I just met you, I wanted to get to know you."
"I know but, I miss my old friends, I really wish to see them again." Lev said as she clasped Lev's shoulder's. "But I will miss you. Even though we haven't known each other very long."
"What about Almaiture, she hasn't agreed to take you yet." Beth said looking towards Almaiture.
Almaiture nodded slightly as she looked at Lev, "I will take you, but only if you promise not to mess around on my ship."
"I promise, I won't." Lev said giving her that sweet begging look again.
"Then yes, I shall take you to my homeplanet. It may even compensate my sudden departure." Mai said. "But I must speak with the Doctor about these two Earth's."

[NRPG- Yes, Lev can go with Mai. And I think she'll have fun annoying Mulou. And Mulou shall have fun annoying her.]


Lev
-Just outside Lev's room in da TARDIS-

"Yes thank you" Lev grinned, resistin the urge to hug Mai. That she though might jsut put her of completly. Witha happy bounce in her step she followed Mai and Beth back to the TARDIS controll room where the Doctor was still tinkering around.

With a roll of her eyes (he was always tinkering, even in his 10th regeneration) she jumped into the pilots seat grinning cheekily at Beth before moving over- allowing the older girl to sit down to.


[NRPG- Yey Lev goes with Mai. I can imagine the scene in which she greets everyone like this

Mai: hi uncle Caan I'm back
Caan: *nods* hi Mai
Lev: hi Caan
Caan: hi Lev...............*insert glass breaking and a somewhat girlish scream here*]

"Well....." Donna took a step forward, a slight sparkle of curiousity in her green-blue eyes. "We could</i< start walking until we find something, or we could wait...or..." she paused for a moment, "Um well-or we could-just....take a look around. See what sort of things are lurking in the shadows." Donna shuddered slightly at the mention of shadows, but kept talking, pushing her experince from The Library far behind. "Or not shadows but-Oh you know what i mean!"

"Well I suggest walking North," said Leemon, "Because walking in one direction long enough eventually gets you somewhere... I think." He took a compass from one of his many hidden pockets. It was going crazy. "d**n, this isn't working too?" He looked around, trying to decide which way was North, then said, "How about we investigate that." He said pointing at a little bunny rabbit.

[NRPG: We need to take action and do something... maybe this rabbit will hold the anwsers/someone will come rescue us...]

"Erm okay?" Donna said with a slight hint of confusion and doubt in her voice, 'Where did that rabbit come from?' She thought with a few steps twords the nearly unmoving rabbit. "Uh-what do I say to it?"

--The console room in the TARDIS--

Mai had finished speaking with the Doctor about her theory on the cause of the two Earth's. He seemed a little uneasy about a Dalek having a certain knowledge about time but then again the Timelords and Daleks where mortal enemies at one stage. She looked at the Dalek that stood silent and unmoving in a corner of the room. She gently put a finger under its eye-stalk.
"I'm sorry, little Dalek, I didn't know you where so innocent." She turned to Beth. "Look after this Dalek won't you?"
Beth nodded.
Almaiture picked up her gun from the TARDIS floor and slung it over her shoulder.
"It was nice to meet you Doctor, my race has good supersitions about you and I can see why." She nodded to Beth and looked at Lev.
"Are you coming?" She asked her. Lev looked at Beth had a quiet word to her and the Doctor before bounding to Mai's side as she left the TARDIS.

[NRPG- Something bad has happened on New Skaro while Mai has left. I'll put that one in...]

Leemon moved forward and picked the rabbit up. "I don't know..." He patted the rabbits head. It snuffled. "That's interesting..." He said, and not waiting for Donna to anwser he continued, "The rabbit's got no eye shine. The sun is high in the sky, and no eye shine!"

Lev turned and followed Mai towards where her ship was parked. She would miss Beth but something told her she'd see the older girl again. Mai opend her ship and she once agian followed the alien girl inside. Something told her- things were about to get very interesting.

Mai started her ship as Lev sat down on one of her fluffy chairs she had in the corner. Mulou put his paws in to Mai's lap and looked at her with sad eyes. Something had upset him.
"Mulou, it's alright." She held a hand to Lev and looked at her. "Mulou, this is Lev. She is coming with us the New Skaro."
Mulou nodded and altough he couldn't really smile with that beak of his but she knew if he could he would.
"No, it's not that it's just... Something has happen, on the home world..." Mulou said deep sadness in his eyes.

[NRPG- I think the 'event' that I've told you about Lev, will effect you more than Mai cos yovu're best friends with him

"So it's not an actual rabbit then? But who would make a fake rabbit?" Donna stood next to Leemon, Looking at the 'rabbit' as well. "What are you then?" Donna asked, not really expecting a reply but still, she had to try.

- Mai's ship-

Lev's head snapped up. Something inside her swunk and she could tell instantly that something was wrong. Hopfuly Mai would remmeber to send her back to the TARDIS if she needed to leave.

"What's happened?" she whispered not daring her voice to be louder. With that question spoken she jumped slightly as she felt something inside her mind. Lev shook her head not sure what had happened. She glanced at Mai, hopingshe had some answeres but found her speaking to her pet and not even paying Lev any attention.

-Mai?-

Lev snapped her head up. Someone was defernatly using telepathy to get to Mai- but the said person sounded like a radio out of tune. Somewhat staticy from a lack of good reception.

"So what is the news? Because I think someone is trying to reach you" Lev asked walking slowly over to where the alien was still talking to her pet

[NRPG- I though Mai should tell LEv, plus we've got either Caan, Jast or Thay trying to contact Mai using pshychick abilities...perhaps they're nearer to Skaro now.]


Twelfth Doctor
-- TARDIS Console Room --

He'd been too busy trying to solve the problem of the TARDIS phasing between the two Earth's to take much notice of what Beth was up to until she had briefly placed her hand on his shoulder, and asked if he was all right. Without giving him a chance to answer, she then made a comment about checking on Lev. As he turned to look at her, he noticed that she'd pushed the Dalek inside. It annoyed him that she hadn't asked permission first, but then, that was Beth for you. It appeared undamaged, but when he examined it with his sonic screwdriver, he found that the Dalek mutant appeared to be unconscious. Perhaps the near miss from the weapon had done it. Well, it didn't seem to be doing any harm, so he forgot about it and went back to his 'tinkering'.

Not long afterwards, Lev, Beth and Almaiture came into the console room. Almaiture stated that she'd wanted to have a word with him. It left him reeling, and a little hurt that he'd had to be told by a Human Dalek what was going on. Also, what Almaiture said to the dormant Dalek slightly puzzled him. An innocent Dalek was an oxymoron as far as he was concerned.

But if that wasn't bad enough, Lev hit him with the fact that she was leaving with Mai and going to New Skaro. Of course he didn't want her to leave so soon after being reunited with her. However, he didn't want to get into an argument, and watched with slumped shoulders as Lev and Almaiture left for Almaiture's ship.

It had scuppered his plans for Lev and the Dalek. It initially seemed that the most merciful thing to do would be to destroy it, even though he knew that both Beth and Lev would probably hate him for it. But since Lev had saved the Dalek's life, he couldn't bring himself to go through with it, and so would have grudgingly let the Dalek on aboard, under the condition that it took its orders from Lev. Essentially, it would have meant that he would hold Lev responsible for its actions. A harsh thing to do, perhaps, but he didn't really feel he had any other option.

He noticed that Beth seemed fascinated by the creature, which was only natural as she hadn't seen one in the flesh before, so to speak. It was good in one way, as she'd be the one responsible for 'supervising' it. The Doctor wanted no further interaction with it whatsoever, even though he admitted to himself that that was probably a forlorn hope. While he was pondering this, he found himself entering coordinates for New Skaro. He still felt responsible for Lev, and so was going to do his best to make sure that nothing happened to her...


Orange-Lemon-House (Leemon)
-Echo Eath-

The rabbit looked at her, and started making a high pitched noise. Leemon stood there, intranced by the horrible sound. "I....." he started, in a long drawn out fashion, as if he were Microsoft Sam. "I... am... nothing. Ignore....me." Leemon then went back to normal and the rabbit stopped it's noise. "Oww..."said Leemon and he held his head.

[NRPG: I think that they should get out of there....]


-Dalek Mai-
--Her ship close to New Skaro--

Mai looked up as Lev came towards her with a concerned look.
"Yes, sorry what? Did you say something?" Mai asked Lev as she examined her.
"I think, some one maybe trying to contact you!" She said. Mai looked at her curiously.
"Since when is a human pyschic?" She asked.
"Sec enhanced my abiltiy by teaching me some basic telephaty." Lev said to her.
Mai nodded and turned to Mulou to take control of the ship. She turned around in her pilots chair and concentrated.

-Mai?- At first it was hazy but as the neared the golden coloured planet the voice became stronger and less staticy.
-Jast? What is it?-
-You need to return, something has, happened.-
-What sort of something, if it's about me leaving-
-No, this is of more concern. Someone has tried to assasinate Sec. But not lightly. This attempt was a severe one. There is not much I can do for him.-

Mai sat silently for a few moments before replying.

-Was it Caan?-
-No, I do not think Caan would be so violent in his attempts. And he has shown great concern. It is also know that Caan did not try to kill him but remove him from his position.-
-Very well, I am nearing the Imperial Palace now, I shall meet you at the palace landing area in a few minutes-
-Good. I shall see you their-

"I agree..." Leemon said shooing the rabbit away and getting out the teleporter-ma-jig. "Hold on." He grabbed Donna's hand and pressed the button.

"Is that new Skaro?" Lev asked ocne the shock of what had happened sunk in.

Mai nodded but continued holding onto her pet.

-Mai.....is there someone with you?-

Lev couldnt hold in a giggle as Jast' voice returned for both her and Mai to hear. There came the sound of things falling on the floor followed by a couple of curses. All heard within her thoughts.

-Language Jast! or i'll have to kick you like I did Caan- Lev thought back trying to hold in her delight at talking to an old friend.

[NRPG- not excatly how i imagined the first meeting (I always imagined it she glomps them all including Caan....thogh him with some reluctance) but I also reckon Jast hasn't quite cliked on to the fact that it's Lev. ]

Donna shut her eyes milliseconds before Leemon pressed the button, and kept them closed until he would say something, "Where are we now?" she asked half-scared to open her eyes.

Leemon looked around, and said "Another Police Box. You think this is the right one?"

[NRPG: aww no June don't give up on Beth. She's with the Doctor and the good dalek- all of whom are on their way to New Skaro. Perhasps Leemon and Donna head there to following the Doctor. All of them can help unwraval the mystery of who is hurting Dalek Sec and help defeat them . ]

Mindful of what happened the last time he had landed anywhere, the Doctor checked the scanner to make sure that they had landed in the right place. He'd attempted to land on the outskirts of the capital, just to be on the safe side.
He stopped it when two figures appeared close to the TARDIS. He blinked in shock. One appeared to be Donna! That was impossible. How'd she get to New Skaro?
Then he took in the person she was standing next to, and the strange device he was holding. It must be some sort of TARDIS tracking device, he thought. But wouldn't that mean? He looked at Donna again. Surely not.
He switched the scanner off and then marched to the door. Opening it, he looked at the pair just standing there, both of whom gave him a look of abject surprise...

Donna's jaw dropped at the sight of yet another Police Box, and her heart rate increased as the door swung open. But she was slightly dissapointed when a man stepped out, he looked surprised...very surprised. "Wh-Who the hell are you?!" She asked with a tiny 'squeak' before. "You're not The Doctor....Are you?" She looked down at Leemon "is he?" then returned her eyes back to the one standing in the doorway. For all she knew this could be him-regeneration was very likely "Doctor?"

Twelfth Doctor

He felt a brief pang of disappointment that Donna didn't immediately recognise the fact that he was the Doctor, despite being several regenerations removed from the one she knew.
"Yes," he said. "I am the Doctor. I would like to say new and improved, but I'm not too sure about that." He would have given her a hug, but he wanted to get the business of how she'd got there out of the way, first. Giving a nod at Leemon, he said, "Who's matey boy, then?"


-Dalek Mai-

Lev quickly left leaving Mai in her trail as she almost practically threw herself off the ship and in to Jast's arms almost knocking him to the floor, with Jast emitting an almost girlish scream of shock.
-Well they seem to know each other- Mai thought to herself with a strained smile. She was happy that Lev had found her old friends but she needed to see how Sec was.
After Lev had let go of him and helped him off the ground Jast went over to Mai and snatched the large gun she was carrying.
"What has Sec told you about guns?!" He snarled angrily.
"I know Jast, but now is not the time. Take me to him." Mai said her deep blue eye full of deadly seriousness.

"Oh he's a friend..well sorta. Leemon, his name is leemon." Donna was trying to hold back the urge to just run over and hug the Doctor. Which she was holding back pretty well, but that didn't mean she wasn't grinning madly. "Did I miss anything interesting while I was-well you know." her expression faultered, still she was smiling slightly.


Orange-Lemon-House (Leemon)

Leemon was feeling a bit awkward. He knew that Donna would want to chat to the Doctor about the 'old times' and he didn't want to get in the way. Then he remembered why he was there. And decided to bare the painful leftout feeling.

--New Skaro- Imperial Air-strip--

With a small smile Lev followed Jast and Mai. The small smile comming from how happy she was to see one of her old friends. However, it didn't last long when her eyes fell upon the still form sleeping in the bed before her. Mai had gone compleatly silent as had Jast. Whilst staring, she failed to see the hybrid, younger than Jast but older than Mai sneak up behind her and she almost screamed when two clawed hands wrapped themselves around her wait and she was spun around

"Hey Lev long time no see!"

Lev: blinks then grinnedback at Thay. Once again her grin was lost as yet another hybrid skulked over. This one with a moody expression

"Good work Mai, of all the humans yo had to pick up this one" the shady hybrid grumbled. To this Lev stuck out her tongue pulling a funny face to the grumpy hybrid before tackling him in a hug

"Still grumpy miserble old Caan" she mumbled letting go of the frozen Dalek hybrid after getting a very rough pat on the head.

[NRPG: I always imagined that Thay would glomp Lev and beat her at her own amge. Caan however would grumble about it. I also imagined that Caan actualy caresbut he just wont ever let on. I was also basing my ideas for what Caan and Thay look like from Mad's picture


Twelfth Doctor
-- Outside the TARDIS --

The Doctor humoured Donna giving her a brief overview of recent events up to then, adding that further talk would have to come later. He then turned his attention to Leemon, who looked uneasy about it, which suited the Doctor just fine. He'd decided straight off the bat that there was something about Leemon he didn't like.
Wielding the ever-present sonic screwdriver, he scanned the device that Leemon was still holding. It appeared that his suspicions were right. Giving Donna a brief look of annoyance, he then scanned Leemon. Examining the results, he raised an eyebrow, fiddled with the screwdriver, and then scanned Leemon again. He got the same results. He rubbed his chin thoughtfully.
Well, you found me, Leemon," He finally said. Well done. Now, I'm going into the city to look for a friend of mine. You can either tell me what you want with me on the way, or wait until I get back. I don't care either way."
Without waiting for a response, he turned and yelled into the TARDIS. "I'm off to find Lev, Beth. Do you want to come along or keep an eye on our Dalek friend?"


-Dalek Mai-
--New Skaro- Dalek Sec's Imperial Bed Chambers--

Mai silently sat beside her grandfather, ignoring the commotion behind her as did Jast. She grasped one of Sec's cold hands and held it in her own hands. She looked up at Jast sadness in her eye.
"What happened to him?" Mai asked him.

"This morning Sec did not arrive to the hall as he usually does. We where not worried, thinking he must have been sleeping in, but he did not awaken, Thay alerted me when he did not appear before midday. I found him in here, someone had broken in durning the night and tried to kill him but Sec fought the person off, even if he sustained alot of injury. I found him on the floor, unconscious. I have done everything I can for him, but he took some sevre blows to the head." Jast said sadly.

"Can't you use your pyschic powers to heal him? Like Mai did with me?" Lev asked concerned.

"Yours a simple wound, It wasn't as bad as it really looked. Sec's wound is one of internal damage. It will take Sec's own body to heal himself until any healing will be of any effect." Mai said softly.

Thay grasped Sec's glittering crown from his bed side table and handed it to Lev.

"His crown, is missing the three gems. The two red ones and the blue one. It is essential that they be found and returned." Thay said softly.

"Why?" Lev asked.

"The three gems come from Skaro, the original Skaro. They are the only link between our Kaled ancestors and the Human Daleks. They where given to the Cult of Skaro to protect what little remained of our homeworld." Caan said softly.

"And you want me to look for them?" Lev asked.

"Well you could at least try to do something useful while you're here..." Caan growled before getting a smack over the head from Thay.

"I wish you'd be nicer to our friend Caan!" Thay snapped angrily at Caan.

Leemon thought about this. He had spent quite a lot of time looking for the man before him and he didn't trust the Doctor to 'come back'.
"I would like to come with you, if you don't mind." he said, keeping his answer short, he decided the less the Doctor knew the better.

[NRPG: I think Leemon fails at being a spy, or whatever he is trying to do, I haven't really decided yet...]

--Outside of Tardis--

Donna looked a bit embarrased the Doctor's annoyed glance, "Well I'd like to come as well-If you don't mind that is..." her original ';plan' had sort of dwindled away, but at least she had found him again. Even if he wasn't the same, he was still the Doctor, and he was still alive. That's all that mattered.


Lev:
--New Skaro- Dalek Sec's Imperial Bed Chambers--

"No wowrries Thay, if Caan was ncie I'd be extriemly suspicious and would even go as far as saying he's up to his old trechery again" Lev smirked as Caan silent glared at her "or are you still sore about the time I kicked your travel unit"

"No I'm not" Caan growled wishing Lev would drop that incident "I did however have headache for the rest of the day where the noise vibrated so violently insdie! Daleks dont even get headaches"

Lev giggled at this before heading to the doors to the chambe followed by Thay.

"Where you going?" Caan growled, a little touchy after Lev's embarresing reminder

"Well this is one big palace" Lev grinned "not quite as big as Central Park, New York.It's time to do what I do best"

With that she winked at those who were watching "explore"

[NRPG: I had a though. I said in my profile something happened to Lev. That would mean she's older than 19, because I meant she was 19 when she as in Manhattan. Ugh I've just confussed everything. Then again Lev cant remember what happened to her after the Journey's End. Maybe the Cult can help her remember]

--Imperial Palace--

Mai followed Lev as she went into the great hall. She smiled as Lev scratched her head wondering where to go. It might not have been as big as Central Park, but it was huge in height and had a vast number of rooms. She smiled and lent against the banister of the marble stairway.
"Princess?" A Guard asked.
"Yes?"
"Is the young human girl here on permission of the Emperor?"
"No, but my word is just as good as my fathers, okay? She is a friend of the Grand Emperor." Mai said coldly given the guard a cold stare as she turned and left.
"Lev? Are you lost?" Mai asked.
"Yeah, Must have misjudeged the size of this place." Lev said a bit embarressed.
"Where were you intended on starting to look?" Mai asked kindly.
"Does Sec have a throne room?" Lev asked. She seemed to want to explore rather than do anything.
"Of course." Mai motioned for Lev to go before her.
"Almaiture!" A loud voice yelled across the hall. Mai turned and saw her father in his Emperor gown followed by some random servents coming towards them. "Who is this common girl in the Imperial palace?" He asked displeased.
Mai felt sudden anger towards her father.
"This is not a 'common' girl. She is a personal friend of Sec, Thay, Caan and Jast! Before you where even born." She said coldly.
Lev could sense that Mai and her father never got on well together.
The Emperor narrowed his eyes and looked disgrunted.
"Such a shame about grandfather, isn't it?" Mai asked him.
"Yes, quite..." Her father said before wandering off again, leaving Mai furious.

[NRPG- A potential candaite for the one whom has hurt Dalek Sec? What I think needs to happen is for Sec to wake up for a while and describe his attacker??]


Lev:
--Imperial Palace--

With rasied eyebrows Lev joined Mai again.

"Let me guess, not quite the happy fimily?" she asked, trying to cheer Mai up and was glad when the hybrid cracked a tiny smile "Dont worry, if it makes you feel better i'll yell at him later. Comman girl, how rude! I'll give him comman"

Lev stopped, realsiing that the last part could be taken offencivly by Mai but seeing as the hybrid's grin had widened, she asumed that Mai was alright with her rant.

"I also now really wonna see all the rooms. Just to be sure" she added. Something about Mai's father gave her the creeps. And her instinct on that had never been wrong. He seemed to be a bit more like Caan but then again, Caan had a somewhat softer side to him once found. Mai's father just in general seemed rude and mean. She'd keep an eye on him and watch her step slightly. Someting told her that if he had the chance he'd do something to get rid of her.

"You guys have a library?" she asked breaking the silence

"Corse we do brat, though not the same as you would haveon Earth" Caan answered smirking at her

[NRPG- Hmm I reckon it should be Mai's father working with Davros to try andc gain the throne. I also reckon that Caan should somehow be frammed for a bit because someone left fake jems in his room or something. And yes Caan's nickname for Lev- brat hehe]


[NRPG- Mai's father is the Emperor of New Skaro. But his orders and requests can be overuled by any member of the Cult of Skaro. Just to make that clear.)

-Dalek Mai-
--Imperial Palace- some random corridor--

Mai and Lev followed Caan towards the Library, as Jast had told Caan to get anything that Lev needed in order to help them. Even though he wasn't second in command he was still inclined to obey the Jast cos of his age.
"Hurry up brat." Caan snapped as Lev fell behind gazing around at the palace. Lev frowned and ran up to Caan before kicking him roughly in the shins.
Caan gave a pained yelp and hopped around on one leg yelping in pain.
"Why do you always kick me?" Caan yelped.
"Because it's fun to watch you look like a retard." Lev said.
Caan gifted Lev a foul look before resumeing walking towards the library where two guards stood. They turned their glaze towards Caan and gave a yell to some other guards.
Without warning serveral guard grabbed Caan and tried to restain him against the wall.
"Get off me you fools!!" Caan roared at them and attempted to fight them off. He did manage to knock out two guards but the others managed to restrain him. "What's wrong with you?!"
Lev and Mai looked up as Jast came forward a grim look on his face.
"Jast? What's going on!" Mai asked.
Jast held up the three Skaronian jewels. "Look what I found in Caan's room."
"What! No! That wasn't me! Why would I want ton steal those jewels!" Caan cried out to Jast.
Jast only held a cold stare at Caan.
"I had my doubts about your innocent in this matter but this seems to prove my point. You have committed treason against oour leader..."
"But I never stole those Gems!" Caan howled as the guards dragged him away.
Mai and Lev exchanged a dark glance at each other.

--Imperial Palace- some random corridor--

Lev stared at the gewls

"Jast" she mumbled pointing to the red one "mind if I have a look at that one?"

Jast nodded grimly and handed the red jewl to Lev who studied it for a couple of seconds.

"This red one is some form of ruby no?" she asked again and Jast nodded

"It's the Skaro version of a ruby" he answered

Lev nodded and with out warning threw the stone to the floor watching it shatter to a million piece. Both Mai and Jast gasped and stared at the Earth girl in compleatre horror. She'd just broken one of the rare jewls and showed no remorse for it

"LEV!" Jast cried out "I knew you were clumsy but I didnt know you were just destctionous (is there such a word?)"

Lev glanced up trying to give a reasureing grin but failing

"Hear me out before you start yelling at me, from what I can make out you said that it was a ruby basicly from Skaro. Well a normal ruby wouldnt have shattered like that even one from Earth. So I asumed that one from Skaro would be ten times as strong"

"That's true" Mai mumbled slowly catching onto what Lev was sayin. Her eye widdened in shock and delight "Oh, that's a fake"

"Fake" Jast stared at his niece and old friend in wonder as the news sunk in "Oh now this cimplicates things, for why would Caan create fake ones"


Lev stared at the ground. To he accusing Caan seemed - to easy for the mystory to be over.

"Jast wherein Caan's room did you find them?" she asked

"The gaurds found them in a cloth on the side. asy to spot if anyone had looked closer why?" Jast asked and MAi smilled sensing Lev was onto something

"Well" Lev started "from what I remember of Caan, if he was plotting anything and actualy did steal those gems then he wouldnt have placed them in such an obvious place. Caan likes to hide thing" she paused at this then mumbled " including his personality"


[NRPG: I read that somewhere in a book- the broken jewl part. The gewls was a ruby a very rare one but it got stolen and the only way they all knew was when the fake shattered and broke when it fell to the floor. The owner of the gem said the real ruby wouldnt have done that for it is very strong]


Twelfth Doctor
-- New Skaro --

While waiting for a response from Beth, the Doctor gave Leemon a brief nod of acknowledgement, then looked at Donna as if she'd suddenly sprouted another head. "Of course you can come along," he told her.

Beth looked torn between staying to keep an eye on the dormant Dalek, and her desire to explore. Eventually she seemed to decide that the Dalek was going to be fine where it was and left the TARDIS. The Doctor then locked the door. The last thing he wanted was a Dalek running loose.

Looking around to get his bearings, he quickly decided which direction to go in, and set off. The Imperial palace was several miles away. He hadn't landed the TARDIS in the palace grounds as he had heard that the guards there were of the 'shoot first and ask questions later' variety, and he had no real intention of finding out if that was true...

--New Skaro--

Donna grinned, happy to know that she was still welcomed. She hadn't a clue of where her and Leemon had arrived, but the Doctor seemed to know seeing as how he started walking.
"Just asking but-where are we? Leemon here didn't exactly tell me or anything-" she asked.


Twelfth Doctor

The Doctor grunted in contempt. "That doesn't surprise me. What does surprise me is the fact that that thing actually worked."He stopped and faced them. "But never mind that. This is New Skaro, home to a race of Human Daleks. Long story short, the leader of a group of Daleks called the Cult of Skaro decided that the future of the Dalek race involved creating a Human Dalek hybrid. Because of this, I didn't see them as a threat to Earth, so I helped them turn this into their new homeworld. It's only right, seeing as I destroyed their old one."
He turned around and starting walking again. He was reminded then of the other reason he was here. To find out the real reason why there were two Earths and rectify it. What he'd said was true; the Human Daleks weren't a threat then. But attitudes can change...


-Dalek Mai-
--Imperial Palace--

Mai frowned and glazed at the broken pieces of the Skaro Ruby.
“Mai, you’re the one who kept on insisting that Caan was guilty when Sec found that ballistics in his throne...”
“I have to admit it was kinda funny.” Mai sblack personed. “Sorry,” she added when she saw Jast give her a look of disapproval. “But why do you think Caan did this.”
“Cos the evidence is here!” Jast yelled causing Mai and Lev to jump. Mai was surprised. Jast was not acting like himself.
“Jast? Are you alright?” Mai asked concerned.
“I’m fine.” Jast snarled before storming off after where the guards had taken Caan.
“Something is wrong with Jast.” Lev said watching after him.
Mai nodded. “What ever attacked Sec, wants the Cult gone. We must check on Thay.”

Lev and Mai came into Sec’s bed chamber, silence ringing out in the Chamber.
“Thay?” Lev asked. “Where are you Thay?”
“Lev?” Thay poked his head up from the other side of Sec’s bed. He was sitting on the floor looking at something. “Where’s the fire?”
“Thay? Are you okay?”
“Fine, why?”
“Something’s got in to Jast, I don’t know why; he’s accusing Caan of stealing the jewels when someone planted fake ones in his room.” Lev said softly.
Thay looked up at Mai whom was glazing at her grandfather’s face grimly.
“I wish you would wake up Grandfather...” Mai whispered. She closed her eyes sadly but opened them when a soft moan came from Sec.
“Sec?” Mai asked as Sec’s blue eye flickered open and glazed at her.

[NRPG- Awaken the Grand Emperor Sec! It’s about time we had Sec wake up from his unconsciousness. I was missing him... I like Rubies... Ruby’s and Sapphires of Skaro....... I LIKE IT!! ]


Lev smiled and Sec, having only just woken up gave a weak one back

"How you feeling?" she whispered edging slowly closer to the bed

"Terrible, I can see why in Manhattan you never liked being woken up - plus how you felt when you woke up after resting like I have after that near death experience" was her answer followed by a cough.

"Sec" Mai called softly "Who attacked you?"

Sec turned to his grandaughter before turning back to Lev

Lev blinked then grinned before nodding

"Thay, where can I find a piece of paper in this place?" she asked

"In the libaray" he answered "remmeber which way to go?"

Lev nodded and made her way out of the room

Thay sighed and shook his head "I have a feeling we're gonna have a repeat of Manhattan"

"Don't worry Thay" Sec answered laughing quietly "this time she wont be ordering us to stay still all the time"

[NRPG: The idea was Sec wants LEv to get a ice of paper so why he describes the attacker she can draw a picture. But maybe Mai's father stops her form getting back by kidnapping her. I dunno up to you Avion go where you want with it. So long as Lev puts up a bit of a fight if she's captured and calls out for Mai, Sec or Thay either one . Plus a reference to Manhattan there (Lev drew a lot when in Manhattan, as there wasn't much else to do and guess who her life models were lol]

They were part way through the journey and Leemon still hadn't explained why he'd been trying to find the Doctor, so the Doctor felt he needed to remind him. "So, Leemon," he said meaningfully. "Out with it. What do you want with me?"

"Erm..." Leemon started, he hadn't thought this far and how to explain what he was sent to do. "Orignaly, I was sent here to bring news to you... but I'm not so sure I should tell you... Now that I think of it, my Master didn't really think this though. If I were to tell you, I could screw up time and space... quite majorly... I probably should of thought of this sooner. I'm not very good with thinking for myself." He looked down at his feet. "I'm sorry to have wasted time, but I would like to come with you still, for a while at least. I don't have many oppotunities at home to see other planets."

[NRPG: Gah... I really need to check this more... and sorry if this is a bit weird... but I'm playing this by ear and still deciding wheather to use another character... (possibly this mysterious master? :3) if there would be any point. What does people think?]

The Doctor stopped again. He couldn't believe what he was hearing. "You should be glad I don't believe in shooting the messenger," he said eventually. He was only partially joking about this, though Leemon had it wrong. He'd not really wasted any of the Doctor's time. Only his own. After all, what was the point of having a message he couldn't deliver? But it intrigued the Doctor. "Couldn't you write it down, instead?" he asked. "You're welcome to tag along, as long as you don't cause any trouble," he added, almost as an afterthought.

[NRPG: Well, Da-More-Fishy, you're the only one who knows whether there would be any point or not. If it would help to clear things up, then I'd say go ahead. Otherwise I wouldn't bother. ]

"I won't cause trouble... I hope. Though I often tend to stand on really obvoius traps... Hopefully there are none here." If Leemon could blush he would've. Then he thought, "I probably should contact my master... though I doubt he'd be worried. He might want to know that his idea is useless... Do you have a phone I can borrow?"

[NRPG: I might as well... I have a lot of ideas, which could either fix my problems or make them worse... I'll have another think about it.]

The Doctor gave a non-committal grunt, fishing in a pocket for his mobile phone. He handed it over with some reluctance, wondering what Leemon was going to do with it. From what he could tell about Leemon from his words and actions, he was certain the phone would get damaged in some way, but then wondered why he cared. After all, he had others back in the TARDIS.
"Would this 'Master' of yours be willing to talk to me?" he asked, without much hope.


-Dalek Mai-
--Dalek Sec's Bed Chamber--

Mai genlt hugged her grandfather gently which was kinda hard because he was lying in bed. She smiled before gently resting her hands on his wounds and healing them quickly.
"You've been practising haven't you?" Sec asked when she finished.
Mai nodded a rare smile coming across her face. It faltered when Lev's high pitched girlish scream rang throught the corridor.
"Lev!" Thay screamed running after her. Mai and Sec exchange a dark glance before they both followed Thay. There fear rose when they hear Thay suddenly scream in pain.
"Thay!" Sec yelled as he glazed at his younger brother collapsed on the floor a gunshot wound in his chest.
Mai looked up and saw one of her Father's most trusted servents holding Lev around the neck.
"Let her go otherwise you're regret it!" Mai roared at the servent drawing her long golden staff out and aiming it at the servent. The servent gave a wicked grin and forced Lev infront of him as a shield.
"You're still going to regret it. You coward." She growled before twirling her staff and sending a paralysing pulse of psychic energy toward them.
The pulse however did not hit Lev but merely passed through her and hit the servent holding her. The servent reeled and slumped backwards unable to move.
"Lev!" Mai cried holding a hand out to her.
"Thay!" Lev cried kneeling beside the wounded Hybrid. Mai turned at the sound of guards coming up the stairs.
"Come! We must leave!" Mai said to the other three holding out her staff.
"But Thay needs help!" Lev cried.
"But first we must leave." Mai grasped Sec, Thay and Mai's hands and put them on her staff.
"Where are you taking us Mai?" Sec asked hopelessness in his voice.
"To my secret War machine workshop." She said.
As the guards came in to the corridor there was a flash of golden light from Mai's staff and they disappeared before the guards eyes.

[NRPG- The big reveal here is to Sec and Thay because Mai is such a secluded family member they have no idea how powerful her pychic powers are until now... And Mai's father's is a little threatened that Mai is so powerful And plus, I think she could teach Lev how to protect herself ]

"Probably." Leemon said, puching in the phone number. "Will you let me talk to him first... oh and sorry if the phone doesn't work as good when I'm done with it... phones tend to go a bit crazy around me." He held the phone up to his ear and listened to the rings, he wondered what the reception on New Skaro was like.

[NRPG: I'm going to go writ eup a new character sheet... I doubt he'd have much to do with the rp. But he may come in useful.]


Lev: blinked as she found herself in a room compleatly guard free. Golden walls covered with strange hyrogliphs, which she recongized as the dalek writing. If the situation had of been different she'd have set about trying ot read them but her attention was on only one person.

"Thay?" she whisperd, taking the hybrid's hand "Thay?"

"I'll be ok Lev, Sec and Mai will heal me and besides look on the bright side"

Lev frowned in confussion

"You said, in Mahattan I'd never know this feeling but I do now. Now I know how much pain you were in when we were stopping Caan" Thay whispered back and wrapped his uninjoured arm around LEv who hugged back.

Mai blinked as the scene before her changed. A girl lay asleep in a tent bed, very pale and very ill looking- close to death. She instantly recognized the figure as Lev. Movement out of the corner of her eye made her turn her face. A hybrid, younger looking but recongnizable none the less as her unles sat in the corner watching the sleeping girl. A lookof many emotions glazed axcroos his eye and a few rels later the hybrid was standing beside the bed.

Mai blinked as the scene changed again, this one exactly the same, only her uncle was no lying next to Lev, pulling a spare blanket over the top of him whilst he rested on the one covering Lev

With another blink Mai found herself back in reality and was soon kneeling down next to her uncle attending the gun wound. With Sec's help, she managed to help Thay over to a small arcove in the wall and placed him down, so he could rest.

Before she could stop herself, Lev foudnherself lying next to the injured hybrid, falling asleep before Mai or Sec could protest.

[NRPG: Just a little background into Lev's relationship with Thay. Can be taken whatever way you want but I (for the purpose of this Role play as I dont know what the restrictions are on character love etc) its just a very close friendship.It's also a bit of an insight to my story (shifty eyes). Caan mutanies againstr Sec earlier and only later realizes he needs a hybrid so picks on Thay due to him being Sec's younger bother. Lev had came down ill at that point but with Sec's help both she and Thay *now a hybrid* managed tro escape to hoovervile where, to re pay Lev for all her help etc Soloman allows them to stay in his tent so LEv can get her strengh back up. Whilst there Thay is still comming to grips with all his emotions etc and so he lys next to Lev and (she give sim a hug). Nothing happens. Lev's under the covers and Thay is ontop both clothed etc...^^. I'm gonna stop there before this NRPG gets any longer]



-Dalek Mai-
--Her secret hide out--

Mai had to smile it was rather cute, the Human and her uncle. Thay had always said that he had never really found a soul mate in any of the other Human Daleks that loitered around New Skaro. Maybe that was becasue of Lev she didn't know.
After she had finished healing Thay she rested her staff against the wall and looked at her grandfather.
"Papa?" She asked resting a hand on his shoulder. He was glazing around at the vast space wonder in his eye. The great hulking glittering shapes of war machines glittered in the dim light.
"This is all of your design?" Sec asked his granddaughter. Mai nodded.
"This is where I work, the only person who knows about this place is Thay." Mai said looking at her uncle. "I feel truelly relaxed here."
"This is where you go, when you disappear from the Palace you came here?"
Mai nodded. "I develop everything here. My staff, my starships everything."
Sec nodded and tried to pick up her staff but Mai bet his hand away.
"It's programed to my DNA, no one else can touch it." Mai said. "Otherwise they will get electrocuted."
Sec nodded and looked at it. If he didn't know that Mai had made it he would have passed it off as Jast's.
"Jast and Caan. Where are they? Are they safe?" Sec asked Mai. Mai concentrated.
"Caan's in prison but alright and something is taking over Jast's mind. Controlling him."
"We need to help them." Sec cried. Mai put a hand on her grandfathers arm.
"We shall, but after you told me about your life as Daleks, I prepared myself. Cos ever since I was little, I knew that something was going to happen. Something big and dark. That puts not only New Skaro in danger but I fear the entire universe." Mai said glazing into the cyrstal ball mounted in the prongs of her staff. "I maybe wrong but I can't ignore my instincts."
Sec nodded. "I understand." He said looking over at Thay and Mai lying together.
Mai followed his glaze to looked at them.
"Are they- you know- together?" Mai asked.
"More than they'd like to admit." Sec smiled. Mai nodded and wandered away over to one of the machines she had half finished.
-I did not know you where so powerful, my little Mai.- Sec thought as he glazed at Mai before going over to Lev and Thay and sitting beside them.

[NRPG- Mai's workshop is hidden near where the Doctor's TARDIS is and is underground I might add)


-Lev-
--Mai's secret hide out--

Blinking, Lev sat up to see a blue eye staring back at her

"How long have I been out?" she asked Sec rubbing her own eyes

"Not vey long" the older hybrid answered smilling gently at thehuman girl

"How's not very long?" she asked agian

"Trufuly" Sec laughed "you haven't even slept, you merly closed your eyes for a couple of rels then opend them again"

"Oh" Lev mumbled "ugh no fair - now I feel tired but i'm not"

Sec chickled at her distress. If there was one thing he remmebered about Lev it was that she loved her sleep. That and she also loved her dreams to. It had worried him at first the amount of dreams she'd hadbut he soon learnt to simply nod his eye stalk at her when she explained them.

Lev stared at Sec not quite sure what to say. A part of her memory was blank and the last time she'd seen him was when the Doctor had helped take him and the others to New Skaro in his 10th regeneration. But for some reason even that was a blur.

"Sec" she started up again, continueing "what happened after Manhattan?"

Sec stared at her slightly confussed and was about to answer when Mai cut in

"Granfather"she glided gracfuly over to where he and Lev were sitting "I belive it would be best to tranfer Caan here so we can keep an eye on him"

Sec nodded before turning his attention back to Lev, confussion on his face

"You dont remmeber?" he quizzed glancing at Lev

The human girl shook her head "no" she mumbled before glancing up "but I do know one thing"

With that she wrapped her arms around Sec's neck giving him a hug "I missed you and the others"

"We missed you to Lev" Sec finished huging her back and turning his attention to Mai, only to find her returning with Caan - looking slightly confussed at her side.

"What is this place" the shady hybrid asked, glancing around in awe "and "Lev why is your neck glowing?"

Lev let go of Sec and glanced down at her chest only to see a soft glow emotting from the rim of her t-nuts.

"Oh" she gasped and pulled out a key on the end of a chain "The Doctor must be near, my TARDIS key is glowing. It glows when the TARDIS is nearby and in action"


[NRPG: also thought it'd be a good idea to get Lev's amnesia out in the open. Not quite sure what's planned for this so if anyone wants to put in something, feel free. Just no tretory though. The Cult of Skaro are the closest thing she has to family. Plus I though with Caan back he could help. That and I can also see him being a little traumatized after being in the dungon..I dunno. Also on a note, Lev's memory goes back as far as Journey's End so she'll remember Donna.And now Mai and co know that Doctor is near ]


-Dalek Mai-
-War Machine Hideaway (This name sounds better methinks)

Caan glazed at Mai looking somewhat impressed.
"Is all this of your doing?" He asked.
Mai gave a cheeky grin before twirling her staff and replying with a sweet, yes.
"Well, you're very talented." Caan said going to wander over to the nearest war machine.
"What about Jast?" Sec asked Caan, he grasped his brother by the shoulders. "What has become of him?"
"Your son is somehow controlling him with his pychic energy. I do not think such a thing was possible." Caan said. "I saw it myself. He was going to us Jast to kill me, but Mai saved me." Caan said looking at his nephew.
Mai smiled and suddenly aimed her staff at Caan.
"What are you doing!" Caan shrieked as he felt his body move without his command. "Stop controlling me!"
Mai raised her staff and gave a grin.
"Do you believe in it now?" She asked Caan.
"Yeah." Caan said scruffing himself off. "But right now, what we need is a weapon. What's your most powerful machine."
"It's going to be that one." Mai said pointing at the half finished machine with blankets covering it. "But it still needs panels and wiring. Do you know how to?" Mai asked.
Caan scoffed. "Of course I do, I'm the technician of the Cult." Caan tuted before wandering over to a table where the designs for the machine where placed.
Mai knelt beside Thay.
"He'll be alright." Mai said gently as she moved him so that he lay on her bed in a corner of the room. "All he needs is rest. Like Sec had."
Lev nodded and sat on the bed beside Thay.
Mai looked concerned at her as Sec wandered off to watch/ help Caan.
"Mai?" Lev asked.
"Yes, Lev?" Mai asked as she saw Lev eye off her staff.
"You don't by any chance have the ability to help some one regain lost memories?"
Mai looked at her. "I can search your mind, it may awake the lost memories, but I can't make them appear for you."
Lev nodded and watched as the young Hybrid held her head gently on either side of of her face...

Closing her eyes Lev let otu a gasp as memories flashed before her eyes. A tall building, the sound of thunder and a large golden object flying through the sky

"Manhattan" she whispered and hear Mai gasp to as she saw what really happend. How Caan had tried to take over and fail, almost killing her grandfather, thay and Jast. How Lev and her friends managed (with the Doctor's help) save them. It shifted and Mai gasped in horror as Lev's illness and wouldn from in Manhattan grew worse and how the human had came so close to death. Her heart then went out to Caan as she saw him trying to make amends, truly sorry for the evil deeds he'd done in the past and how he'd thanked Lev (keepign all unplesant names at bay) for turning him tino a hurbid. She jumped when the memories stopped and darkness engulfed.

"Lev" she murmered "what happened to you?"

"I dont know" Lev whispered back "that's why I asked"

"Oh...this one is where the Doctor took the cult to New Skaro"

The memory sharpened and Mai could see a younger looking Lev standing wth other humans who looked her age along with a dark haird, tall skinny guy in a trench coat. She asumed he was the Doctor. Her grandfather, Sec shook hands with the man and she watched as Lev hugged all three hybrids before running back into the TARDIS. She could feel sadness creep through the human's mind and realized she'd been upset about parting from her friends. Then there was a foreign feeling and she recognized it as anger. Anger and the feeling of being abandoned

"You should make up" Mai murmered to Lev "I think they all missed you to, including my uncle"

Moving her hands away from Lev's forhead and smilled

"Dont be angry at them"

Lev nodded before putting her hand to Thay's cheek and stroking it.

[NRPG: I've left it blank for now. I still need to deciee on what happened. So I've deiceed to make it that somethign strange has happened for Lev has no memory to unlock. Hence why Mai was surpissed]


Lev felt here eyes go heavy as Mai closed her eye and instantly started to flinch away

"It's ok" Mai's voice sounded out "just close your eyes. It helps for me to try and unblock your memories"

Lev: nodded before closing her eyes as Mai comanded. In an instant she felt her memories flash in front of her. Satelite 5, The Dalek Emperor (Mai gasped at this and giggled quietly), her time in the void, Torchwood at Canary Warf, Manhattan and then end of reality (the battle against Davros). A brisk goodbye between her uncle Caan when the Doctor (in 10th regeneration) dropped him of on New Skaro to try and make amends made Mai gasp, especialy when the emotion she felt comming from Lev shot through her when the human said goodbye to Thay.

"Sec was right" Mai whispered in shock "you care for him"

Lev gasped at Mai's words and instantly shuffled back, compleatly forgeting about Thay untill he grunted softly in his sleep.She blinked at the hybrid. She wasnt sure what to think. she'd never though about how she'd felt for the hybrid before. She wasn't quite sure what to make of Mai's acusation.

"Sorry" the female hybrid laughed gentlye "shall we carry on?"

Once again Mai placed her hands on Lev's temples and both women closed their eye/eyes. It wasn'tlong untill Ma once again jumped back in surpise

"You havent got any memories after dropping Caan on New Skaro. Maybe you've been asleep" Mai said sataring at Lev with confussion

"I think I have" the human girl whispered lowering her gaze "but why i've been sleeping I dont kno but" with that she turned to look at Caan "maybe Caan would know, he was manipulation the time lines at one point"

[NRPG: sorry if i'm getting too close with romance between Lev and Thay *shifty eyes* hence why I left it at Mai sugesting Lev cares for him. As for Lev's memories, I'm still working on them. I left it with they're blank cause someone has put Lev to sleep so she wouldnt be focused if she did wake up. Oh one last appology, just in case. Sorry if i've got a post up already..it didn't show up and so I wrote a new one]


Twelfth Doctor

The Doctor paced backwards and forwards while Leemon tried to contact that master of his. His thoughts drifted back to the TARDIS. He was having second thoughts about leaving the Dalek unsupervised in her. He didn't necessarily think it was going to do anything even if it had recovered, but still he worried.
Eventually it became too much for him.
"You lot stay here, I forgot to check on something," he said, and ran off without giving the others a chance to say anything.
He skidded to a halt in front of the TARDIS, then unlocked her with sonic screwdriver at the ready.

--TARDIS Console Room--

The Dalek still appeared to be inert, not having moved even a fraction since they'd left. He scanned it again, wondering if the mutant had died, but there were still signs of life. He felt conflicted as to whether he should be glad of that or not.
He changed the screwdriver to a new experimental setting. If he used it on the Dalek, it should mean it wouldn't be able to fire its gun or use its manipulator arm. It's self-destruct mechanism should still function (not that this particular Dalek was ever likely to use it) and its range of movement should be unimpaired.
Well, here goes...
He aimed it at the Dalek. Nothing appeared to happen, though in this particular situation it wasn't too surprising.
He left the TARDIS, relocked the door, and ran to rejoin the others.

Donna watched the Doctor come back from his 'checking up on something' "Whatcha got locked up in the Tardis?" her tone was quiet casual, not acusing in anyway.

-War Machine Hideout-

Mai nodded and glazed over at Caan helping Sec bolt a panel to the machine. She motioned Lev to go other and talk to him. Lev put Thay's hand down and wandered over to where Caan and Sec where working. Mai looked at Thay and gently held his hand before placing it down and going to one of the many machines that lined the walls, includind a large multi armed machine that worked away silently with out any command.
Mai touch some buttons on the machine and a large manipulative arm came down and large purple crystal. She placed it in her staff and pulled a lever making a large number of computer screens that showed the interior of the castle as well as the outside of the hide out half build into the mountain.
Sec came up behind Mai glazing at the plasma sized screens.
"We can monitor the outside from here." Mai said softly. Sec glazed around at the screens. He suddenly noticed two non- human Daleks standing a short distance away from the hide away.
"Mai." Sec called to his granddaughter. He motioned to the screen. Mai looked up and glazed at the screen.
"Intruders? On New Skaro." Her face frowned and she grasped her staff closer. She grabbed her long black and gold cloak from the back of a chair and wrapped it around her.
With a flick of her coat she disappeared in a flash of golden light.

"Hey Caan"

The said hybrid looked up and glared at Lev "what you after now brat?"

"Just wondering, you know you were moitering the time lines not so long ago" Lev asked, compleatly ignoring the hybrid's grumpy tone "well you wouldnt happen to know what happend to me would you? Mai said my memory goes blank and that there's nothing there"

She stared at Caan for a while before he sighed and put down the tool he was using to face her

"I dont know" he answered "I saw your time line yes, but it then changed, you see they have different colours which represent different things. Blue - your alive and moving and doing something, black means you've gone from the universe...but yours changed . It went from blue to red and I just asumed you were either sleeping or dead. Now I wonder what it really meant, because you are doing neither"

"Oh" the human girl whispered not quite sure what ot make of the information she'd been given

"Now" Caan's voice bought her out of her thoughts by holding up some wirres "make your self useful brat and hold these"

"They're not going to explode on me are they" Lev quizzed - past experiance told her that injury was just around the corner with Caan

"No" was her sharp reply

"Not going to burn me"

"No that onnly happend once"

"Try twice"

"Whatever"

"Not going to electircute me?" Lev pushed on again and giggled when Caan glared at her

"For the love of the Emperor Lev they're harmless!" he growled then muttered "just dont touch the ends"

Lev smirked, at his out burst and continued holding the wires,being causion of the ends which sparked now and then.

Sec laughed to himself at Lev and Caan's argument. He remembered clearly the last time Caan had got Lev to help him with his experiment. It ended up with a grumpy and burnt Lev with an angry Caan to for his experiiment had failed. He watched as Lev soon lost intrest in what Caan was doing and was now once again ooking around

"Hey where'd Mai go?" she asked then cried out in pain, followed by some chie words

"Lev language!" Sec gave her a look of no nonsense and couldnt help at Lev grinned inocently back

"Why is it?" she then asked once again "that when ever I help Caan with what he's doing I end up with a burn, bruise or cut?"

"Or electirc shock" Sec added nodinghis head towards Lev's now slightly singed hand

"Nothat ties in with burns" she mumbled holding up her han

Sec shook his head and made his way over to Lev before taking her newly singed hand in his

"It's not even that red, stop making a fuss stupid human" Caan grumbled and Lev held up her free hand

"Lev what did I say about language" Sec gazed stermly at the human girl who grinned sheepishly

"Ok I'll stop" she whispered grinning before pointing ot the moniter Sec had been watching "that looks like Donna

"Oh, nothing," he said. "Just Beth's pet Dalek. I was making sure it didn't try and wreck the TARDIS while we were away. I think it's currently sleeping, though."
He'd thought he'd already mentioned the Dalek earlier, but he couldn't have done, obviously. He noticed that Beth didn't seem too pleased by his referring to the Dalek as her pet, but it was one of the ways he was trying to cope with having the Dalek around.

"Have you gone mental? Letting a Dalek in the Tardis-" Donna broke off, considering what she had said for a second. "Well...you were mental before so...mentaler? Mentalest?...nah-I think just more Mental." She muttered to her self. "-That's not exactly a good idea unless it developed emotions or something...and I don't think that would happen..Would it?..It couldn't!..could it?"

The Doctor ignored the dig. "Funny you should mention emotions," he said. "There's no other explanation as to why it could have exterminated Beth here, and didn't. I even gave it a chance to exterminate me and it just wasn't interested. Imagine that."

Mai felt the familiar warm tingling sensation before she reappeared in the place where the three intruders where.
As she materisled fully she raised her staff to them in an attacking stance. Mai was suddenly confused as she saw a fourth had joined them and that she already knew two of these people. She lowered her staff and looked at them confused.
"Beth, Doctor? What are you doing here?" She asked the three humans and the Timelord...


Twelfth Doctor

It seemed only the Doctor was unfazed about Almaiture's unexpected appearance. "Hello again, Princess." The Doctor gave a small bow. "I need to have a word with Sec about the two Earths, if that's possible. It makes me uneasy. By the way, how's Lev? Not getting into too much mischief, I hope."

Donna shifted uneasily as the Doctor talked to the new comer, Leemon hadn't said anything in a few moments and she figured that couldn't be helping her feel any less tense. Besides the fact she hadn't even given the person she had sought out for what seemed like lifetimes the slightest hug.
