Solemn turned back and remembered that tin dog. It hadn't moved in a long time, so Solemn suspected his equipment must be screwing with it. 'Oh well' he thought and turned his attention back to Lev. She hadn't moved from where he left her.
He when to his cupboards and got out some bandages for her (he didn't have many modern things to heal wounds, since he didn't get many). He'd learnt long ago that respect works better than fear and if he wanted her to keep his secret he should be nicer to her. Though there wasn't much chance of him redeming himself now, maybe he could get some dirt on her so he could blackmail her into not telling anyone his secret.

Watching his every movment, Lev shot him a confussed glare as Solemn bent down and started attending to the wound he'd given her. Now she was really confussed. What was his game? First threatning her and now being nice again. Something didn't add up. She winced slightly as he applied some pressure to stop a new flow of blood. Something was up. Frowning in thought she tried adding important detail together to see if she could come up with anything. His real name was Fluffy.........she'd found it out...........he'd been angry when she'd pointed otu the name ta............that was it. He didn't want her to tell anyone about his name. She glanced at K9 wondering too, like she'd noticed Solemn had what the tin dog was doing. He hadn't said or moved since scanning Solemn when he'd first taken them. [NRPG: Lev has figured it out ]

Solemn cut the excess bandages with his claws and tied a knot.
"Please don't tell anyone." he said, wincing as he did so, he hated begging. "It's lucky your still useful to me, otherwise I'd of disposed of you by now." he added, he still needed to stay in control of the situation.
[NRPG: Lev is a clever cookie!]

Grinning at Solemn Lev smiled, her fear once again evaporating "Tell anyone, give me one good reason not to!" she said calmly. She wanted to know what he'd do to keep his name hidden. Not that she'd tell anyone. She felt sorry for the poor guy with a name such as Fluffy, no wonder he'd wanted it to remain a secret "Anyway, I wont tell anyone. But what would you have done to keep it a secret?" she asked again, moving her arm to get used to the bandages. [NRPG: Lev will be nice to him ^^. He after all did bandage her up so that's a bit of redemption in her eyes ]

Solemn mused, there were many things he would've done. He thought of the worst thing he'd ever done to a woman. No, that was to awful and never ended well. He then thought about the others who knew his real name, he hadn't done anything to him, and a few of them he didn't even trust. He frowned, he had no idea what he would do.
"Well, many people don't actually find out my name," he confessed, "And of the people that do, there are people who I don't even trust. And the only reason I don't utterly anilating them is because it's physically impossible."
He sighed, he still couldn't kill her yet. But then, what was more important, his dignity or getting ahole of the TARDIS which he'd just found out about. Getting frustrated with himself, he said, "I don't know what to do."
A thought struck him, maybe he could guilt her into not telling. Quickly forming a fairly believeable story in his mind, he said, "I don't like people to know my true name because it hurts. I don't like to be reminded of the one who named me..." thinking of his lonelyness, he managed a very believeable solemn (as in sad) expression.
"He died you see, and, well, it was kind of my fault. I don't want to hear that name, because it reminds me of him."
Grinning madly in his mind, Solemn turned his head from Lev, hoping his lie would work.
[NRPG: That's my lot for today. That story Solemn told was true, apart from the bit about the name making him feel bad about the guy who named him. That's just lies. The guy who named him did die, and Solemn did feel like it was his fault, but then he resirected himand BLAH, stuff happened.]

Lev stared at him. She was sure the first part was true. Maybe she'd better play along with it for now. Maybe he missed the fact that she'd already told him that she wouldn't tell
"As I said earlier, after that sad story, I wouldn't teel. Just don't get too angry though if the Doctor calls you by your name. He has a nack for finding things out without meaning to" she added and wondered wheather or not she should give Solemn another hug, but soon decided against it.
[NRPG: mine to ^^]

Fortunately for the Doctor and his little group, the tunnel only branched off once. After a little debate (and a bit of arguing) it was decided that they should stick together. They hadn't encountered any hostile creatures or dangerous traps so far, which left the Doctor feeling both relieved and disappointed at the same time. The tunnels all looked the same, though, so there was an element of familiarity there.

Solemn was still unsure abotu what to do. He really really wanted to get rid of Lev so the Doctor would'nt find out his real name, but he also didn't want to sit here talking to himself, or the tin dog, either way he felt he'd go a bit crazy. During the long time he'd been here along, he'd tried not to talk at all, fearing he'd go mad and now he'd started...
The TARDIS was now his priority, it could take him back, back to a time when life was good, or into the future where it was also possibly good.
He sighed, he'd just have to not worry about his name.
"I'll try not to hurt the Doctor, but I won't make any promises." he said, folding his arms.

The Doctor suddenly remembered he had his mobile phone in his pocket. He retrieved it, found Lev's number, then called it. His hearing was suddenly assaulted by some sort of interference, so he quickly cut the call. He stared at the phone in bewilderment. He called the phone that was part of the TARDIS's disguise as a Police Public Call Box. Though otherwise useless, it was handy for testing one of his modded phones when they didn't appear to be functioning correctly. Which happened rarely.
After a moments silence, he heard a ringing sound. At the particular moment it was one of the sweetest sounds he could hear, as it meant that there was nothing wrong with the phone. It obviously meant that there was a problem at Lev's end. Wherever Solemn was holding her was obviously shielded. It appeared that Solemn might just be a bit more sophisticated than he'd originally given him credit for.

Lev blinked at the guy next to her. Was he really that down that he would go as far as hurting others as well as her. Maybe he really had spent too much time alone. "So" she started unsure weather or not ask, for the bandage on her arm reminded her the guy was somewhat unstable "why do you want to lure the Doctor here?" It was at that moment her phone started vibarting in her pocket. She was about to reach for it when it sudenly shake violently against her thigh and she used whatever will power she had not to pull a face or yelp in surprise. The last thing she wanted was Solemn finding her phone. Just when she thought her thigh bone would take no more her phone stopped all actions. Whoever had been trying to call had obviously failed. Whatever had frozen K9 had obviously killed her phone. [NRPG: Ummmm I'm kinda confussed. I thought it was 3 posts per day. Appologise if I've gone over. Course Work is frying my brain cells ]

[NRPG: Yea it is... my other posts were from yesterday... the timezones screw things up sometimes...]
"Well, at first it was out of curiousity." Said Solemn, wondering what that buzzing noise had just been, but choose to ignore it for now, "But after you told me about this TARDIS the Doctor has... well, that's a different story all together."

"I see" Lev murmered and stifled a yawn. The last thing she wanted to do was fall asleep, though her body cried out for her to do so. Maybe it was the loss of blood that was doing it for she also felt a little bit cold too "wouldn't it just be easier to ask the Doctor to take you somewhere and then get on with life rather than trying to steal the TARDIS?"
She tried to hold back the shiver but failed. That and her eyes were also becoming heavy, but she refused to sleep. Not untill she was sure Solembn wasn't about to do anything to her. The guy was pretty unstable. Angry one minute, violent the next and then to top it all of kind and caring after. That and she had no comfert from K9 who was still in the corner, the only indication he was still working was the flashing light on the side which represented his coller.
She was also glad Solemn hadn't noticed her phone buzzing away in her pocket. Or if he did she was glad he'd taken no notice.
[NRPG: aaagh ok then. ^^ well Lev will probably stay awake, she's bound to find a suden rush of adrenaline when the Doctor and crew turn up]

Solemn watched as Lev struggled to stay awake. Even though she was sleepy, her arguement still made sense. This annoyed Solemn, the whole point was to steal it, making deals wasn't part of being an evil mastermind. It also annoyed Solemn that she could make sense half-awake and his arguments usually sounded stupid.
"I don't know. But that's not the point!" he tried to explain, though knew that it wouldn't work, "Stealing it is the point, if I didn't steal it I'd let down my reputation! That's the point..." he trailed off. While he was trying to make a sound argument, his conscious had decided to voice it's opinion. Which pretty much consisted of 'You should be nice to her! Look at her, she's only human! She's tired, get her a blanket! Be nice Be nice Be nice!' It was really doing his head in. Maybe it'd shut up if it helped her a little.
Solemn went over to his bed and tugged the duvey off and held it out for Lev. If she wanted to sleep she could do it on the floor, not on his bed.

Lev jumped as the douvet was wrapped around her but then gave Solemn a greatful smile. Wrapping it more around she felt relived when her shivering seased and the eyes lost some of their heavyness. A thought occured ot her. If she could have something with some sugar in it that'd help her stay awake. Although not one for eating a lot of junk food it was handy for the fast energy release sometimes. She debated weather or not to actualy ask but decided against it, as her eyes chose that moment to close. Her rolled ot the side, ending up resting against something hard, like someone's shoulder. Before long sleep took her.
[NRPG: don't worry Solemn, Lev wont sleep for long. there's too much going on hehe. Just give her a few minutes. And I thought Lev was Donna's friend *pretends to cry* lol XD]

"We are going to have to find out where she's being held, first," The Doctor announced, starting walking again.
Around ten minutes or so, they rounded a bend, and found themselves emerging out onto a corridor proper, which obviously was on a lower level. The cover for the tunnel entrance was there propped to one side. They were at the top end of a T-Junction, but there was no clear indication showing which direction Solemn had taken.

Solemn lightly brushed a claw over Lev's head, almost in a stroking motion. He didn't know why he was doing it. It was strange, he didn't know why he was doing a lot of things lately. He stopped. He was hungry... he hadn't had breakfast before he'd kidnapped Lve and the metal dog.
He went over to a set of cupboards and got out some blueberries. It was amazing the berry was still around, even though the Earth had been destoried long ago. Solemn was very tempted to grab some vodka to go with his blueberries, but quickly decided against it. Smelling of alcohol when the Doctor got there wouldn't be a wise move.
He took his blueberries and went to lie on his bed, which was now less comfortable since it'd lost it's douvet.
[NRPG: Ahaha, Lev gets no foods... I imagine Solemn's bed as a four poster one... which really nice blankets and stuff... Oh and the Doctor might find a clue or something the Solemn would've left, I mean, he's kinda expecting the Doctor to come, he may've left a clue.]

Lev continued to snooze but only lightly. The feeling of someone stoking her hair stired her slighty and she shook her head trying to get rid of it. She suspected it was Solemn, for he was the olnly other creature in the room (she hoped) other than K9. She frowned in her sleep. What was it with aliens and her hair?? Thay had been terrible when he'd felt it for the first time. He'd opend his travel unit once in Manhattan to do an experiment (once again containing her hair) only to discover it was not like wire but soft and fluffy. She'd never had a peceful night's sleep after that.
Lying down on her side she wrapped the blanket further around her, shaping it to her body and curled up. She really wanted a pillow but she knew that wasn't about to happen anytime soon. that and the smell of food was begining ot reach her nostrols. Smelt a bit like blueberrys. She personaly preferd strawberrys but at that moment she wanted something ot eat. Her tummy growled as if in comfermation
[NRPG: and that's my posts lot for the day. And I won't post a 4th one agian. I'll wait till the morning ^^;...ooohh and does Solemn have any sugar to go with that???]

Solemn sat up when heard a tiny grumbling noise comign from Lev. He instantly reconised the noise, and he smirked out of habit, he liked having the advantage, even if it was over a small thing of having blueberries and Lev not having any. And he wasn't going to be weak and act nice to her now, blueberries were to valueble.
Instead, he threw a pillow at her.
[NRPG: Solemn has many sugary foods in his cupboard... though he probably doesn't want to share. OH YEA, Solemn doesn't know of Thay's existance, and if he did, he probably wouldn't be a nice to Lev as he's being now.]

Lev opened one of her eyes and glared at Solemn as the pillow hit her. If it had been anyone else they'd have had the pillow thrown right back at them followed by pain (as her aim had improved since joining the Doctor. And usualy the people who got things thrown at them were sittign with their backs to a wall meaning when the object hit then they banged their head against the wall). Taking the pillow and making sure Solemn got her glare and rested her head on it. However she didn't close her eyes again. Solemn had finally woken her up by somethign as small as having a pillow thrown at her. Now she was debating wheather or not to ask for someting to eat and if not should she attempt to hurt him for it if he didn't give it up willingly. There were a few essentuals a girl guide needed to live and food was high on the list, along with sleep and the internet [NRPG: watch out Solemn. Lev's hungry and if food isn't free well she may have to persuade him to give it to her lol. Don't worry she won't hurt him too badly . And she's not as weak as she looks. lol]
