History
As a young boy, Davros was very fond of the scientific way of life, although his father wanted him to become a soilder just like him, as he was born in the middle of the war between the Kaleds and the Thals.
When he grew up, Davros played an important part for the Kaled race by being promoted to the Scientific Elite. Unfortunately, a Thal nuclear missile was launched and hit the headquarters of the Scientific Corp. Davros was lucky to survive, although was horribly scarred, so he was fitted with a life support system. That would be the first step into the creation of Davros' finest creatures - the Daleks. He discovered the ultimate form the Kaleds would take, so he set about creating travel machines for them - The Dalek Solution.
The first time he met the Doctor was near the end of the war, when Davros unvieled his first ever Mark III Travelling Machine, which the Doctor instantly recognised as a Dalek. Davros forced information out of the Doctor as to tell him the cause and reason of every Dalek defeat, but the information was destroyed by the Doctor's companions, Sarah Jane Smith and Harry Sullivan. Davros was thought to be exterminated by his Daleks, as they saw no use in him...
But he survived. The main circuits of his life support system was damaged beyond repair, but the secondary circuits switched in automatically, as vital organs were held in suspended animation. He awoke nearly a century later.
He has encountered the Doctor several times from then on - Lethe, Necros, even Earth, in 1963 when he raced against the Renegade Daleks to get the Hand of Omega before they did - but what was thought to be his last was when he invaded Earth in the future and conquered it, but he was driven mad. He was losing his mind, having two different personalities - himself and the Dalek Emperor. The Emperor mind took over completely, and he left.
He then fought in the Last Great Time War, but had thought to have died due to his Battalion flying into the Jaws of the Nightmare Child. Dalek Caan, arriving from the future, saved him, but went mad due to travelling back to the Time War, where every detail was Time-Locked. Davros then started to create the New Dalek Empire using his own skin cells...
